Tommy Oh chips and I just want to put up a quick video on how to adjust and regulate your automatic watch now not every automatic watch is the same but most of them are like this and as you can see they're approaching this watch but this is my watch I practice on anyway and I've searched the internet for a lot of videos on how to regulate watches and unfortunately it's not therefore I thank those people for putting up those videos but they're obviously their camera can't get in close enough to have a look at what you're adjusting so I'm lucky enough to have a macro lens so I thought I'll put up a video where I can actually getting close so you can actually see where you have to adjust because it wasn't clear to me from the videos that I watched on what I had to adjust do not touch this one I don't you do not want to touch it it'll mess you watch up and it'll be really hard to regulate it after that hold also just suggest taking a photo before you start so just a reminder don't touch this one now the actual one you want to adjust is is this one here so you move that clockwise to slow it down and you move it anti-clockwise to speed it up so just remember in step one it's the smaller one usually now there you can see the minus and plus are clearly marked now this is what you have to take note of you want to push it this way to the watch and slow it down and then obviously the other way to speed it up that's the way you want to push it to speed it up that way we were tied the timing so you push it that way to slow it down and this is why we'll make the watch faster so you push it anti-clockwise and faster clockwise to slow it down now just show you he returned adjusted on my tree Turner speed up my watch Lu me and Lydia the name sacred five was deemed to express what made Seiko great and was chosen as a simple memorable name for the simple but serious watch the technology behind a legend
