before my latest move i watched a lot of youtube videos about how to move a tv set without the original box but none of them showed the tv actually making it to the destination in good condition this is that video my 55 inch samsung tv is inside this box which i found on amazon link in the description below so let's open the box and i'm going to show you how i packed the tv set to make it to my destination safely you're looking at the back of the tv set right here and one of the blue blankets is covering the front of the tv set and part of the back as i take that off you see the next layer which is a bunch of bubble wrap that i have covering the entire tv set focusing more on the front though again this is the back i also paid special attention to the corners and added more bubble wrap and shrink wrap again i'll have links to all the products that i purchased below the first layer is another one of those blankets so when i packed the tv set originally i had a blanket on the floor then gently put the tv set face down on the blanket and wrapped it like a present after that i put the bubble wrap and then another blanket covering the front of the tv set a little tape kept all of these layers in place and this is the test i turned on my tv set it works just like it did at my previous location this move was a success if you're a professional and would have done something differently in terms of protecting the tv set leave a comment below and explain it to my audience i'm just sharing what worked for me in hopes that it helps at least one person
