[Music] after sending an envelope with docusign you can use the manage page as a central location for managing all of your envelopes and envelopes that have been shared with you the default view on the manage page the inbox view contains envelopes that were sent to your account the set view contains envelopes that were sent from your account use the quick views to filter by common envelope categories use the search option to search for an envelope by keyword or the filter option to find envelopes by status or date the status column shows where the envelope is in the process examples include completed which means all recipients have completed their actions declined which means one recipient declined to sign and the envelope is no longer valid and voided which means the sender has cancelled the envelope you can also use the manage page to take further actions on in-process envelopes using the actions menu select resend if you want to remind the current signer to sign the envelope this sends a new link to open the envelope and invalidates any links sent in previous notifications select correct to modify many of the details of in-process envelopes to cancel an envelope select void and enter a reason for voiding the envelope any recipient who already received the document to sign will receive a new email informing them that the envelope has been voided to send a copy of an existing envelope select create a copy finally you can delete any envelope from your account by selecting delete or by dragging the envelope to the deleted folder if the envelope is still in progress it will be voided and the envelope recipients will receive an email notification as you start to send and receive envelopes you can create folders and subfolders to keep your envelopes organized click the new folder icon enter a folder name and then create you can drag and drop envelopes directly into the folder or select the envelope and click move
