sure it's not just a contact form because you want people to actually be able to pick a day and time it's very important it's how you can close a sale here on your site so right up front and center it says exactly what i do it's online notarizations and then here i've got a little bit of explainer here and i have a book now button here so already we've only scrolled down half a page and there's two places to book an appointment the next place is here so you can book one remote online notarization or a property tax loan signing or a mortgage loan package signing and here i talk a little bit about the kinds of things i notarize with people this is good for seo that's the search engine optimization and it helps google pick up some common things that people are looking up when they want to get a this video because oh this is a great picture because this video made a huge difference and i it's for reasons that i i never really predicted and it just worked so the reason i made the video was site is about 47 seconds so that might not sound like much at all it's not it's less than a minute but the average site is probably more like three or four seconds so google receives the information that my site is sticky and people stay on it longer and that helps push my site up in the search results and then here i have some frequently asked questions some answers to common questions people have and then i've got a couple of testimonials that i added here and then you know if they really need to contact me some people do they they say hey i have four witnesses can we sign them all then here is where they can put a little bit of contact information and it automatically emails me to my email address now another thing that the video did for me that i was not expecting was when i first started out i had a free google my business website and it was great it did work because i could put an appointment button on there and it would book appointments for me but i was kind of faceless i wasn't a human this video humanized me and i noticed that my appointments that people book everyone shows up for them now before i might have captured half the people who made a booking with me they might just blow it off or ignore it or forget but because of this video they think of me and that this person is waiting on them at this time which is true and they actually show up or if they need to cancel they send me a message and they let me know hey i've really i gotta go pick up my daughter and i'm not gonna be able to make our appointment can we reschedule or hey turns out i really didn't need the document can i just i'm sorry can i cancel with you and that's fine now i want to show you how it looks when someone makes an appointment so let's say they choose one remote online notarization here it takes them to my calendly so calendly is a great app i spend 15 a month on this and it does so much for me that i would happily pay more but it's a great deal it's 15 it takes away all of the distraction of having to you know kind of talk on the phone back and forth or text back and forth or email to nail down a day in time with a person and i do have customers who will person is to compare their social security number to them and with that is the five questions that each customer answers they all are derived from their credit reports there is no other way to identify them at this time so that is how it is done now let's say that somebody wants to book with me tomorrow today is the 26th so tomorrow's the 27th they could book at 10 a.m or 12 p.m these are half hour increments you'll notice that 11 a.m is not available in 11 30 a.m it's not available the reason why is that on my personal gmail calendar i have that time blocked already i'm busy doing something else so calendly picks it up from my gmail calendar because i connected them they're integrated it picks up that i'm busy then so it does not offer that appointment time to my customers who are looking on my website and that is worth its weight in gold so people can book appointments that are actually available the latest one i have is 4 30 and i don't book on saturdays or sundays though i did in the past do that so this is a great way to be able to get your website to do all of this work for you you should not have to be you know calling everybody or waiting on emails to come in that you need to respond to or you know waking up at six a.m and finding out somebody's message messaging you at 1am and all they wanted was to have you know a 9 a.m booking so that should work for you and let the people choose the day and time that they want and then in their head you know marked finished it's done there's nothing more i need to do except show up with my id and my document now let's go back to the website [Music] so this is very simple now after i graduated from my google my business site which did work we did hire a developer to help me put this together it wasn't expensive i wanted it very simple and i had a very clear idea of what it needed to do and look like this is it you know some graphics book the appointments have the video here that explains everything and put some frequently asked questions so that people can sort of you know self-regulate make sure that they have everything they need internet webcam it's very self-explanatory but it just kind of takes the
