[Music] hey everyone thanks for joining me on the remote online notary network today i'm catherine cabrera i'm an online notary here in texas i'm really excited to show you some of the information that i have gathered today for you i want to make sure that everyone who has an online notary commission knows how to earn with that commission i know when you first got your commission you were very excited and you've probably been working on launching your own business in the meantime make sure that you are joining different platforms and companies who will feed you business they are out there it just takes a little bit of digging to find so i'm going to share four of them with you today and before we go any further make sure you hit the subscribe button and hit the bell so you'll get notified about more videos especially when more businesses come online who are going to be sending business to online notaries like me and you and also make sure you join our remote online notary network facebook group and follow us on instagram we are putting out information all the time that helps online notaries build their business you can build this into full-time work and you can make a real difference out there as a notary public online so let's get started the first business i want to show you is onlinenotary.net you can see right up at the top onlinenotary.net you can go ahead and open it on your browser and have a look so it looks like they do everything they've got all kinds of ways for their customers to log in and order an online notarization where you want to go as an online notary is here to more and then scroll down to join us we're hiring now what i love about onlinenotary.net is that they have their arms wide open for many states so when we scroll down you'll see here look at all these states arizona wisconsin all the way through now it's not all 50 states obviously because not all states have permanent remote online notarization law but this is a really hefty slice and i think it's a great way for online notaries from many many states where you don't have opportunities with other big online notarization platforms to get busy and get online and start practicing learning how to do these serving clients and making money the next site i want to share with you is notarize.com now most online notaries have heard of notarize.com they've done really heavy advertising and it's almost a household name now but if you are an online notary and you would like to take assignments from notarize you'll go to solutions for notaries [Music] and you'll see how you can join their platform you'll fill out all of the information in your profile that they need you'll do some video training do a practice test run and then you'll see here it's a little more restricted right now they're only open for florida nevada texas and virginia online notaries if you are in any of those four states go ahead and get onboarding with notarize i have a very heavy volume i've spoken with some notaries who told me that they'll log in on a saturday morning and make 250 now that's a lot of work on a saturday morning they must have been extremely busy taking a lot of orders every hour but it's possible and then you'll see here if you're from a state that is not one of those four states we mentioned above you can enter the waiting list go ahead and do that because honestly i think most businesses are waiting to see where they have the greatest batch of notaries which states and they're probably going to target that one with the most demands to bring online so make sure you sign up on the waiting list so that they know you're interested in receiving online assignments i mean they might bring another state on tomorrow who knows the third website i want to share with you is notarycam.com notarycam's name is also getting really big and recognizable they service a lot of different title companies so if you are a mobile notary have loan signing experience you've done the loan signing certification on national notary association site and you're really interested in getting real estate closings this is a great place to go to be able to receive assignments that are those that you trained for and i've always heard from many online notaries that they want to know can i do loan signings can i do loan signings because those are large jobs that take more time and have the potential to net you a greater monetary reward so as a notary if you're interested in joining notary cam they have a very formal process you'll click here to apply to be a notary and then it looks like there's nothing here but notary operations 27 open roles click on this and then you'll see many many states they've got everything from alaska arizona idaho you know names that you just don't often see on the other online notarization sites so it's very wide open when you apply you'll do a full application resume and then they have training i i have not on here but i have heard that the training is a formal um a zoom class that's over six days parts of six days not six full-time days but that it is very uh structured and you're trained very very thoroughly before you are launched on to doing full real estate closings via notary cam [Music] the fourth site i want to show you is pavazo now pavazo is a little bit confusing let me show you how this works and how you can get signed up with them to receive real estate closings and other assignments so here you will go and see benefits notaries this is for the notaries sort of let me explain what i mean so you'll see here on pavazo's site that they say pavaso does not offer its platform directly to independent mobile notaries for use in raw transactions they don't onboard notaries who are not associated with a title company or a signing agency already with pavaso so probably most online notaries would kind of give up at this point but wait stop if you have been a mobile loan signing notary please watch the rest of this you'll go to resources look at the signing agencies see if you recognize any of these signing services if you have completed work for them before and these are some really common names if you've been a mobile notary who hasn't heard of bnn that's bilingual notary services who hasn't heard of coast to coast nation signature closers cyanx signature closers these are very common mobile notary names of signing services who would assign work out especially for refinances sellers packages kind of everything so if you already have a relationship and a great history with one of these signing services make sure that you reach out to them and let them know hey i'm so and so i'm in this state i have an online notary commission and i'm really interested in doing closings on pavlosso i noticed that you're a national signing agency on pavaso and i'm hoping that you will assign work to me via the platform would it be possible and see what they say i would only reach out to ones who i have done work with before if you are already on their roster they'll be able to look you up see your internal rating with them and decide if they do want to start assigning you online notarization and trust me most of most of these signing services are not aware of which of their notaries already have online commissions it's really tough to locate online commissions in a big list from the secretary of state so it's probably only going to be the notaries who reach out to them directly and say i am an online notary make note of it here is all my information here's my commission copy here's everything you might need from me before you can assign me an online notarization it's not foolproof it will take some time but i believe that this is the best route to take to get on board and get signings assigned to you from pavaso so to recap you've got onlinenotary.net notarize.com notarycam.com and pavaso.com get started with those four today so that you can really build your online notarization business as you're accepting assignments from these companies and building your independent notary business you really can build your online commission into being a full-time source of income for you you can stay busy you can help a lot of people and you can make this be a really viable weight for you to make money from home make the most of these companies who will send you online notary business while you're building your independent online notary business your website reaching out to your attorneys and doing everything else that you are to build your business you'll be able to fulfill a full-time jobs worth if not more in online notarization you can definitely make a full-time income especially supplementing business that's brought to you by these companies with your own business that you're generating for yourself make sure you join the remote online notary network facebook group follow us on instagram click subscribe and thanks for joining me i'll see you next time [Music] you
