hi everyone my name is Kevin today I want to show you how you can change your email signature on iOS so you can get rid of the default one that says sent by iPhone so what we do is we have I have my iPhone open right there on the side of the screen and what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna just open up my email and I'm gonna click on compose and you'll see the default signature there that says sent from my iphone let's say I want to do something more creative or maybe I don't want that just generic a message on there I've seen a lot of people say please excuse the typos this was sent on mobile or maybe I want to promote my YouTube channel and I could say something like youtube.com forward slash Kevin Stratford so I'm gonna do is I'm going to cancel this and I'm going to show you how to change your signature it's very very simple to do what we're gonna do is on the home screen of your iPhone click into the Settings view so I'm gonna click into settings within settings there are a ton of options in here but what we're gonna do is we're gonna scroll down until we find an option called mail because we want to change your signature for your mail account so we're gonna go ahead and click on mail within the mail view you also have a lot of different settings that you can adjust the signature shows up at the bottom of the message so maybe the settings at the bottom of the settings screen let's scroll down there it is at the very bottom of the screen there's an option here that says signature and you'll see that says sent for my iPhone as the defaults and here when I click into that so I have multiple email accounts set up on my iPhone and what I could do is you can have one signature across all of your accounts or what you can do is I'll click on per account and this allows me to configure a different signature for each individual account so my gmail my outlook those are my personal accounts my exchange is my work account so maybe I want to have a slightly different signature depending on the context what I've done is I've entered my YouTube address as my signature for Gmail and I think it looks good what I'm going to do now is I'm gonna go back and that is now set as my signature so now that I have a new signature set I'm gonna go back to my home screen I'm gonna click in to mail and now we're gonna click on a new email message and you'll notice that instead of saying sent for my iPhone it now lists out my YouTube URL at the my message I could change that to whatever I want...
