I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

How do I eSign a .docx file?

In order to electronically sign a .docx file in airSlate SignNow, you need to create an account and log in. Next, upload the Word document to your Dashboard and open it. If you need to eSign the document, click on My signature in the left-hand toolbar. If you need to collect a signature, click Signature field. Once the signature fields are created, signers can add their signatures. Click Edit -> Add a new signature -> draw, type, or upload your signature and press Sign.
