don't even request it but even if they don't request it you still want to send out an invoice i want to show you real quick how to you know fill out an invoice and send it off now if you're like well where do i get an invoice from um i'll have one that i created in the link down below i'll share that one with you you can download it it's free for you to do whatever you want to do with it if you want to use it you can use it uh but uh there's also places where like websites where you can like generate invoices where you type in information and it generates for you for instance like if you ever sign up with notre gadget and again a link will down below if you're like no to graduate what's that one a link down below notary gadget is like a whole platform for you to keep track of your loan signings like for you to initiate it literally to keep track of everything when you i'll do a whole video about it either way notre dame also has a way where you generate invoices however initially if you guys want to go into it and log into it and play around with it like it's free initially but after like 15 signings you are gonna be playing like a monthly fleet of ten dollars but they have invoices that you can like play around and do it or if you ever sign up with them but for right now i'm just going to show you how to do invoice invoice basically invoice if you don't know what invoice is it's basically a time step document that itemizes and records your services and the services you've provided and then the payment due for those services so basically if a company for instance snapdoc snapdocs don't doesn't really generate invoices for you they generate it through the company that hires you but for instance that docs say snap docs you complete an assignment now they owe you a hundred dollars well you send them invoice remind them hey i did this signing on this day you owe me a hundred dollars it's just basically a reminder and just proof that yo i told you you owe me some money pay up so i'm gonna go over here like this is the invoice i created if you uh it's down in the link below now i have it in like an edible not edible edible a fillable format now when you probably download it probably won't be in a fillable format if you want it to be more you know like a when i say fillable i mean like this like i can not really type on my keyboard and like it shows it shows what like i'm typing up and you can like fill it in print it out and then send it off fill it in download to the computer and email it off now i don't know if you download it what if it will be in this printable form if it isn't you can just hand write everything in make copies of it that way it'll always say paid to you don't have to keep writing that and then bill to whoever you're trying to build to or scan it email it off it just it doesn't matter basically i'm gonna fill this out really quick to show you how i fill out myself say for instance my name is james smith i use james smith a lot uh my address is 11 cali lame uh and then maybe and then i'll put my phone number as this and then say i even want to put say if i want to put my email also for them to contact me okay bam booyah that's who it's payable to and then they also have your contact information if they ever want to contact you now you would put like in the bill to basically who owes you this money you can read the assignment who hired you who owes you this money you just put whoever owes you money you can put that contact information you want to uh the date let's say today is february 14th it is not this video is in the future sending it back to the past okay so this is your very first loan signing you'll just put like oh it doesn't have to be that many zeros it doesn't matter uh but you do want to keep track of these long signs you say your very first one signing number one say you're doing this business five years from now but guess what you've completed in five years say like seven thousand fifty two like that's what it's to keep track of your notaries so i'm gonna just put it as one you'll see your first signing now what day did you complete this signing so you're sending me this off on on february 14th valentine's day and say the date of service you completed this tax actually on the first you shouldn't wait that long to send out invoice like immediately after you complete the signing and send off uh the packet you should be like sending out an invoice uh yeah say you did this signing on the first just say you did a refinance refinance loan refinance loan and even if you want you could put the address to the location you did uh let's see you did a refinance loan for this location you could put the address if you wanted to just so they know specifically say your rate the rate of a hundred dollars say it was a hundred dollars to do it that was the rate the rate is hundred dollars they owe you a hundred dollars and then subtotal you put down now undone they owe you a honda zero and then the grand total is a hundred so bam you would then send this off to them if you even wanted to print it and sign in set off you it's not required or mandatory but if you ever bam you just print this off sign it to him or you can download it to your computer and email it to them now say you're like oh i did a refinance loan but the person cancel you can also put like cancellation so say your cancellation fee is 30 30 but they'll you also want to charge them like a let's put this you also want to charge them a printing fee because they canceled and you also print the out the documents say you also charge them a 30 or maybe like a 25 printing fee for printing all that stuff so then what's your total down here's total is going to be now they owe you 55 total again print this off send it to him it's this easy it's this simple again this document here will be in the description box below download it uh again when i said you can if you get go to there's also a link for this right here this adobe right here now i actually have the full version so i don't know how 100 works if you just do just because it when you download this it'll make it where you can open this form up in pdf form just as you see it now however i don't know if it will be an edible version like mine is because i have like the full version of this right here so if you just download the free version i don't know if it'll be edible it may it may not be i don't know uh but um yeah that's basically what a invoice is you send it off they owe you money collect your money and then you're like well say if i sent it off on um like i received i mean i've completed the assignment i sent off the paperwork when should i send it send it that same day okay say the company has that term net 30. say the company pays out every 30 days or 45 days i don't recommend going with companies that pay out every 45 days but every 30 days is kind of standard so the ones who pay out every 30 days a say day 30 it comes and you're like okay today's day 30. where's my money resend them this form and if you can call them because sometimes they'd be a little dodgy uh but call them as well make sure you sent that to them saying yo you owe me money that's that's basically what it is typically you don't have to worry about people accompanies unless you get a really bad signing uh service you don't have to worry about them dodging paying paying you sometimes they'll see like they're dodging you but uh a lot of times they just like very not busy but they have a lot of things
