whole family all of us are notaries by the way so we've decided to become verified in the state of Texas as remote notaries now there's a distinction between a remote notary and an electronic notary this is the difference an electronic notary can you can sign a document electronically anywhere remote means that you and the person are in different locations so when you sign up there are two different things you have to specifically sign up in your state as a remote notary and the platform that we're choosing to you is what you see on the screen it's called doc verify this is the easiest one that we've found so far to use a lot of the other platforms you they only allow you to sign one page and then you have to create a whole nother document it's really cumbersome so through trial and error this is the one that we've decided to use so let me take you through this real quick so you can see for yourself you see that's the electronic signature and they have a lot of they have a whole lot of videos and I'll put those in the description that'll show you exactly what you do there you know you have to go to your state in order to find out what's required in your state state of Texas requires that you have what's called a digital certificate and you be verified by the Secretary of State so this is the subscription that we got the enterprise per user per month so I paid I think two hundred and fifty dollars up front and then we're paid then we're charged $50 a month after that in order to use this platform but if you have any issues with this like at first I made a mistake and pay four hundred and eighty eight dollars and that was for the entire year but I caught a male them they were very very responsive and got back with me quickly get this we have a friend is making a validate and verify your information that you're currently assigning notary signing agent and for me that took about a week however for my cousin it took 28 days so my suggestion um the thing that I did differently I think is you know I talked to him I opened the ticket and any question that I had I correspond it with them all the time so there was one little lady her name was Linda and I think she kind of pushed my stuff through so that's just an just a recommendation but here you get an e notary ID and this is where you will find once your statuses is active you'll be able to download your digital certificate and when you sign up go on back here and if you don't have a digital certificate which I didn't go on and purchase right here say I want to purchase a new digital a new digital certificate go on and do that and once you get that digital certificate you can go to this stamp miscellaneous info and download all of this because this is the information that you'll have to supply to the Secretary of State again for Texas it's a two-part process yeah you just fill all this stuff in and it's pretty simple let me go back and show you so again we have the Enterprise Edition the monthly subscription and you have credits and I'm gonna come back to you guys and show you once you know I set everything up how I set it up because some of the stuff baby is not intuitive and if you're anything like me we're in kovat 19 I didn't necessarily want to be in people's houses with anybody coughing and sneezing I want to be safe and this my personal opinion is the safest way for you to do this and still be able to make money and you know we have a friend who's doing it making a thousand dollars a day because he just does notaries all day long and because he is remote several
