What do you like best?

I enjoy airSlate SignNow because it makes our workflow go smoothly. I can quickly upload and add fields, I enjoy the import fields function the most. We can use one signing link for many different customers and that helps so much with our membership renewals. Our customers find it easy to use and we have not had any issues with using airSlate SignNow. I love that we receive emails with the completed PDF document once everyone has signed, it automatically ensures that all of our members receive a copy of their signed document. What do you like best?

Very user friendly and easy to use as a document sender and a document receiver. There are constant updates to the site to allow more functionality. Since starting with airSlate SignNow there are things that I always hoped the site had and before long, those functions were implemented. For example, uploading multiple documents at one time instead of one at a time as well as adding and deleting documents from an already created template. I also like that you can replace a signer when a document has been sent because sometimes the email provided is incorrect. I like the direction that airSlate SignNow is headed.

hi this is John Duffy I am at a signing location doing a executive order - Oh 2.7 video and authorization of a HELOC loan I've identified the customers they've held up their identification and electronically communicated that to me by video and they're in front of me right now and I'm observing them and they're observing me and we're interacting audio with audio and visual so now you're representing affirming that you're in the state of New York yes yes okay and you have the loan documents in front of you that I've delivered to you yes okay so look at the first page yeah and it has information for you to fill out complete your contact information than sign key please do that and just as you as you first page is entitled what closing instructions oh yeah flip that over but that's not a stapled version right okay and then okay home equity line of credit is next title on the next one hold it up to the paper camera please um nope you gotta put it back and put the put the next document on the first one up very smooth nope not that one put that that's fine there was a single piece of paper that's eight-and-a-half by eleven that was on the top that had information for you to fill out no problem that's why fill that out that's your contact information and then you'll sign that one and just make a pile put them face down after you do it we go through each document and then put facedown in a pile okay yeah alright generating sucks let's take a knee lenses can you still see me yes yeah sure okay that one's all set okay face down then the next document as you indicated was the closing instructions and that's just what we're following so I'll put that one facedown then the next document is a home equity line of credit yes indicates credit limit and the date today's date is 4:11 and then the first page just flipped that down because the terms yeah and then in and in the terms comply with what you've negotiated with the bank correct yes so the next page turn it face down the documents label page 5 of 5 at the bottom and okay Tom it just says your signature on that so you're gonna sign that with your middle initial just as as your name is typed it and then the next page is a property description you're going to initial that for initials where it says emotions at the bottom okay the next document tells a short-form credit line mortgage that's gonna be the lien that's placed on the property securing the loan that they're making on the one that the page that's labeled 3 of 3 on that there's a line where your name is typed underneath the time and Virginia your name is typed underneath the other one please sign those as your name is typed and put a date there in the format of 411 2020 okay okay next document is the signature name affidavit and Tom this is just for you to sign and there's a line where it's a signature and then your name is typed to the right of that sign or line and then you'll sign there and then the next line down I'm also known as and it has your name in all capital letters with out your middle initial you'll sign on that line as well next document borrower signatures at the top it's a called uniform runchy loan application it's a 1003 and on the top there is a line that says borrower's signature that is the this is the initial application for your mortgage that you've already signed and filled out prior to this but you're reciting it again today and Tom it only has it's only your signature on it Virginia or not you're not a borrower no date on this okay then the next you don't need to science just a summary of your information then the third page you need to sign about three quarters of the way down on the left hand side of that page it says borrower signature in a box and a date same date format for eleven twenty twenty after you sign it signing with your middle initial the next page at the bottom signature engage in the box next document remitted if they've collected you can sign at the bottom of that page right where your name is typed just after it you can sign on that line in next document first been from the question is are you taking disbursements of this loan right now or are you gonna do that after the fact hello yes I just um when I take it what does that mean by taking them now well you walk in the Sun you check are you in a week so you get a get the information that's how you pull on that line of credit in other words the last option is no I do not wish to have additional funds disbursed me at this time I will wait for my equity access checks to arrive in the mail yeah do that okay so that would be the Box you check and then sign that document the next document is a wire request if you did want funds but you didn't request any so you don't have to sign that page or fill it out because you're not requesting a little the next act is design is a summary credit summary of the recording fees for that line of credit that you're taking out and you'll sign on that line at the agreeing that you'll assist the bank to execute documents necessary to bring the loan in compliance with the law and sign in Virginia you need to sign it as well no middle initial okay 20:20 okay and I'll notarize that the next document is a signature card so if they they shall occur for this line of credit time you'll sign and then this is important this is an important one particularly if you have a right to rescind this loan in three days and you'll both sign that at the bottom acknowledging you received a copy of it the documents that I delivered you as well the stapled version we talked about same date format are you done with that one she's got a sign that one ate it okay all this agreement you're you're agreeing that you own the property that you've owned it since 2003 that there's no undisclosed liens against it and various assertions that you have the right to put this line of credit on the property you're both signing that thomassie and in our Virginia date on that one oops but you can't depend dated for four eleven twenty twenty then the next document is identification information that I'm going to fill and off your driver's license that you presented earlier and Tom I'll need both of yours and you'll text those to me afterwards and put it up the phone and then that's it all the documents are signed you have your customer copies we're in that pate in that package I gave you or put on your car out in front of your property so those are yours to keep okay now this last one you signed we didn't have to date that one yes there's no deep but I would ask you to put it down there yeah okay great I am going to go ahead and terminate this video counts okay okay very good thank you oh and one more question I have the right side the right to videotape this and it's not taping you but it's taping me discussing this with you yes yes sir I do we didn't make photocopy of our IDs do you want it put it in there and just picture that's you just don't you come put that
