[Music] [Music] what's up people welcome back to another video this is good time and you're watching them via grad in Germany so in today's video I'll be talking about how to notarize your documents so the universities in Germany they don't require your hard copies that is the original hard copies for the document verification generally what they require you have to Xerox your original documents and then you have to motorize them and then send to the particular University or to unionist so like both for unionist application process all for the particular university application process you require this document you require this document notarization how does a document look like after you notarized it so I show you my document then you can get a fair idea about how it looks like and you can make it one okay so this is my mark sheet oh yeah I have Xerox it and what I have done is I have notarized so if you can see it closely here it's written that is notary Government of India and the name of the person who has notarized my document okay the down below here she is signed over here and written as attested and after that she has written her personal details like the address so I should share you the screenshot over here on the screen and you can see it properly so what I am saying that this document oh yeah it's in the blue seal but so some people have this doubt whether it is a blue stamp or whether it is a red stamp so see both are acceptable red stamp as well as the blue stamp on your document but now another question would be arising in your mind who give this notarization or who is the actual like authorised person who can give you this notarization thing so I have done this from a lawyer so generally lawyers like people who are lying to you in India they do this thing from the loin so the blue one the blue one this stamp which I showed you over here so the blue stamp is generally at a cheaper rate I have done this by paying five apiece per copy so that rate can vary for some people they'll charge 25 20 pieces per page 50 rupees per page and so on but generally the blue stamp it has a cheaper one and it is acceptable so I have done that that for that hydrogen pie rupees per page and another one is the red stamp which is somewhat on a higher side so the rate of rated stand is higher side so that can also be like accepted but as if this was cheaper so I use this tampon my talk so in this way you have to notarize all of the documents that you are having while applying to a particular University and when you are sending these documents to a university so the document should be notarized now furthermore and also tell you about who are the like persons who are like authorised people who can utilize the documents so I'll share a link below of Technical University of Munich they they have a post or they have written in detail who are the people of the ranks for notarizing your documents so in short I would say lis embassies they notarize their documents at free of cost so for the first three sets they don't charge like my friend said this to me because he had done from some embassy is documents notarized and for after the three sets the charge some AMA but for the first three sets and any embassy is can do it for free okay so this is the process and also lawyers and the people from higher ministries they can rotor eyes your documents I'll share a screenshot over here you can just look at for the people authorized for this thing also another requirement is that the stamp or the seal that should be a round one on your paper with the authority name and the original signature of that Authority so this thing you should keep in mind another thing after this I would say is I'll post a link in the description where you can get the whole detail what things you should consider while utilizing your documents so this was all about notarizing your documents the process is not difficult as it seems you just have to attach all your documents from the concerned authorities and the process is ok so if you have any doubts comment below in the comment section I will get your doubts resolved so till then have a nice day and you have to subscribe to my channel till then bye bye take care
