welcome to this video on how to change the status of a permit in immunity management this video will demonstrate two different ways to change the status both methods require accessing the permits management menu to access this menu click on the permit logging menu button the permit logging sub menus are displayed these include permit applications impervious coverage tracking permits management and permit reporting click the permits management button permits can be retrieved using a variety of data including the applicants name the property location address the applicants street address the tax parcel number or UPI the permit status the permit number and the permit expiration date the permit status is unique search field used to return all permits with the given status will use this search in our next example let's search using the permit number type the permit number in the search field and click on the search icon our permit is the only permit return in this example click the Edit application icon in the far right column the fee information tab is the default tab displayed click on the summary tab scroll the application form down until you come to the update permit section will see our building permit has a current status of under review if we hover over this status we see that we can click this icon to change the permit status let's click it now the permit status form is displayed for our example will select approved in progress from the drop-down list click OK the permit status has been now updated to approved in progress to complete the update click the subnet button at the bottom of the application a permit summary is displayed click the update button at the bottom of this form you receive a notification that your permit status has been successfully updated click OK let's look at the second way to change a permit status this time we'll search the permits by permit status the permit status is a multi-select drop down box checking select all status toggles on or off all of the statuses will select approved in progress from this drop-down list if we want to narrow our search we can choose a date range using the permit application from and permit application to fields let's restrict our search to October third of 2016 through today click the search icon our search returns multiple entries to narrow our search even further we can enter the permit type in the permit type search area let's type in building we've narrowed our search now to two permits let's update the permit that we've already changed if we hover over the icon in the far right we see that this is a change permit status function let's click on this icon once again were presented with the permit status form let's change this status to completed click ok the permit status update is now complete thank you for watching this video on how to change a permit status in immune a management [Music]
