hi in a session I'm show you how to create a short survey using radio buttons so what's the radio button basically it's these circles that let you select an option here so once you select one option its mutually exclusive it will deselect the other option in Excel these are also called or well in Excel these are actually called option buttons but they're also known as radio buttons so here is a radio button for four options and here's another one for two so if you wanted to have your survey done vertically like this that's a way to do it another example one that you probably see more often is something where we would have a scale here you have some questions here and you would have a scale here I think this is very similar to what they call a Likert scale now the some strongly agree to strongly disagree so you have some ends of the spectrum here so we would have maybe We strongly agree here we agree here we neither agree or disagree here and if you select other radio buttons it will toggle amongst them so let me show you how to create something like these example one an example two so let start with example one so in order to create a survey like this with radio buttons you have to have the Developer tab available if you don't have the Developer tab available you can just right-click any part of the tab in the ribbon here and go to customize ribbon over here in the main tabs you should have a developer checkbox and go ahead and check if it's unchecked and once you do that the developer ribbon should show up so once we have to develop a ribbon available go there and under the controls group we want to insert a control so let's first let's just make a copy of this what is your gender so I'll go ahead and just copy that control C so like that ctrl C to copy ctrl C to copy and then ctrl V to paste let me go and double click this column to make it auto fit so one tricky thing about putting together option buttons or radio buttons is once you create them you will got to make sure that you want to group them in order to group them you can use another form control called the group box so let's show me let me show you an example what happens if you don't group them let's say for example I create I insert a option button or a radio button or just call option button for now I insert one here and actually I can do control C to control and then control V to copy and paste it ctrl C to copy go down here control V to paste control V to paste now what I've done here is I created an option button and...
