hey everybody this is hunt and today we're going to cover how to make a email signature with company branding that you can then send out to all the employees so that everybody's email will be consistent each employee will be able to edit theirs to put in their own picture and their own contact but you'll be able to create a template that has all the company branding that you want so in this video today i'm going to show you the four-step process of how to do that and in the in the links below you'll see some information on how to download the sample instructions and the sample templates that we're going to be covering here in addition to that there's also a link to a video that's designed just for the employees to follow as they're using that template to personalize it so basically this is going to be covering how to do the entire thing from beginning to end there's only four main steps to it you're going to create the template you're going to create the instructions you're going to send it out to everybody and at the end i'll show you a trick on how to track that everybody did it properly so here we go so step one is going to be creating a company template from a template so i have an example that i'll show you but as i said there's there's links in there that you can pick different templates but the same process would apply to all now i'm going to be walking through the instructions step by step here if you want to you can download the sample instructions from the youtube channel link below or from the article on the network people site as well okay so now we have a sample template and we're going to modify this template to be the company's template so the thing to remember is this template is for each employee so you want to leave all the placeholders for their mobile the direct their name their title their picture all of that stays the same all we need to do in this step is put in anything that's going to be consistent for the company for all people so in this case for example you might be changing the company phone number to what you need it to be up here if there's a company-wide email like info that you want to use you could put that in here but this is generally for each employee and then down in the street address you'd obviously make an update to that and then when it comes to the logo you click on this you click right click change picture device and then go get the company logo in this case here and you would insert it and you can size the logo however you'd like it to be the next step after changing logo is to change the company url...
