here's a simple design that we had created in for our landscape image editor and what we're gonna do now is create a proposal based off of this using using our own prices of course for landscapes the only software package out there for professionals that lets you not only bid from your CAD plan to a complete take off from there but also from your photo imaging projects and that's important because a lot of times on small projects maybe you're not going to do a CAD plan to install something like this you just want to do this get a quick bid and give that to the customer immediately so we can just simply just press this instant proposal tool here and it's going to ask us for the customers name this is for Margaret Andrews if we need to add a new customer we can just simply press the green plus sign to add a new customer and then we click OK and what that's going to do for us is create this complete bid just into symbol click of the mouse now we've already put our company name in here this is our logo this is today's date there's a before and after picture of the project and we have this custom landscape proposal for them so there's our cover page this right here is a detailed report if we put in some of the based on the the quantity and the materials and in some of our costs depending on how we've broken out labor for example on our on our quotes this is our list of materials the materials that we have this right here is information about the plants that we use detailed information if we want to give that to the customer we can email to them put save it as a PDF or print it out and then this is our price quote now this one shows individual prices there's a lot of templates over 50 that you can choose from and some so individual prices and some don't and if we need to we can come in here to the pricing tab and select a plan and a size we can reorder these if we want to but these are our prices right here and we can certainly just anything here whether it's the price or the quantity and then it'll simply recalculate our our estimate based on that so very quickly we've gone from a photo imaging design to an estimate to closing the sale with a nice booklet with plant information and everything that we can give to the customer using pro landscape thanks for watching you
