oh good afternoon everyone and thank you for tuning in if you tuned in to a podcast to Rijal radio this afternoon so my name is Bart Wilson and I'm joined here with one colleague and one special guest to talk a little bit this afternoon around modern workplace and so we're I guess at this point I'll introduce our other speakers this afternoon so when you let's go first happy yes I'm Abbey and I lead the business analyst team in ritual so one of our key things really is to make sure that anything that's done from a technical point of view fits the user needs and we can obviously get those benefits out of the users as well great thanks and Alfonso welcome to the portal thank you thank you for the imitation to the old original team so I thought so job I am part individual in my year in Microsoft Microsoft yeah I look after all surface partners basically what we do is we try to help partners to understand Microsoft technologies and really drive together success for our customers so it's really how they can use Microsoft technologies to solve customer solution it's basically my expertise is surface devices I hope everyone knows about Microsoft Surface if not hopefully during this conversation we they will get to know what about you yeah sounds good I probably should have mentioned what I do as well so I run the jointly run the architect team original so I tend to get involved in the early stages of solutions working with clients to try and understand what the business challenges are and how we can use technology to to address them and then generally less and less involved in delivery but but you have a bit of a helicopter view over quite a lot of things so anyway enough of the introductions there and I guess let's move on to the conversation and I think maybe the first area might be to have a look at what we need from productivity tools in well I would say in 2020 or it's been a bit of a year lots of things have change I think it's probably helped some clients to - maybe accelerate some of their plans others have had a bit of catch-up and we had another podcast where we looked at how businesses are reacting to the challenges that we're in in the current environment with the you know I want to avoid the phrase the new normal I think I'm going to ban that for this discussion but what what sort of things do we think people need to consider as they start to recover and rebuild from Kovach 19 so I think from my point of view and what we're seeing a lot now is is making sure that people are enabled and making sure that they've got everything they could possibly need to work from literally anywhere and is the whole business...
