hi everybody so in order to select a quick step and create one into outlook we don't go on the icon double-click and we put a name for our quick step here this case is a request for info you can also personalize the quickstep icon can be whatever in this case we'll pick a pig and in choose action we have many here as you can see and but in this case we'll just like new message then additional options here we can set the subject for our email in this case again will will be request for information and we can close it for now then if we are templates we can go in the template open it and copy and paste the text that we have here so we selected ctrl C to copy it we can close this window now go back on the our quick step we created right click edit the quick step and the option tags here we can paste the test from the template we had just before and here it is it's all there we can save it now ok now next step will be to put an attachment into signature we go first of all on file options here we go mail and change the meal format from HTML to rich text this is very important because we can put now the attachment into the body of the email we can just drag and drop it here and set up the other he will be in the text field here it is we can select it now with one click and copy as as if we was a test-run signatures and here we create a new one we'll call it for example a signature with a attachment and in this case we can paste the the file week of it before here it is so it's neutral is done with the attachment click OK and we can go back to our main page of Outlook so see if everything is ok we go on our quick step here and here is the text on signatures the one with just created and the file is still on the body of the email so in order to fix this we close the window go back on file options and mail and we go back from rich text to HTML we click OK now double check it we come back on the quick steps unitours the one we created with attachment and it is now in the other so perfect to close this space here sometimes it happens controls EDA and you're ready to go
