[Applause] welcome to combo collectibles your source for all things collectible i'm your host spencer and i don't know about you guys but i really really missed going to conventions this summer for the past few years i've been going to fan expo toronto it's an absolutely awesome event and as nerdy as it is one of my favorite parts about going to conventions is meeting some of my favorite voice actors i love talking to them about their roles getting a picture and an autograph getting a pop signed or one of my figures it's one of my favorite parts about going to conventions i absolutely love meeting them a lot of them are super down to earth really nice people and we didn't really get that this summer because of the whole condition of the world right now now luckily for us a lot of people have been switching to virtual cons and online events i found one in particular that caught my eye called galaxycon live so basically what they do is they bring all the voice actors together remotely from their homes they all come in on webcams and microphones and they do a whole q a session it's absolutely free to sign up and watch the q a session you can even type in questions for the voice actors that they might answer uh it's a lot of fun and then they also had additional options of course it is for a fee but you can sign up for a three-minute one-on-one chat with your favorite voice actor uh or you can buy an autographed eight by ten to have shipped to you so i found out that they were doing an event with the cast of fairy tale and one of the voice actors that was gonna be there was colleen glinkenbeard who is one of my favorite voice actors of all time so not only did i tune in for the q a session i also signed up for a one-on-one video chat and an autograph which finally came in the mail and i'm super excited to open here with you guys but first let's take a look at my three-minute one-on-one video chat with colleen clinkenbeard hi oh my god look at all those pops how are you it's so great to meet you it's nice to meet you too hi where are you where are you from i'm in kitchener ontario canada aha i think it's going to be a lot of like out of the country people today because i never get to meet you guys definitely we're really hoping you can make it out to like an event in toronto one day so we can meet in person but this is great for now this is great for now but i do come to toronto all the time so i i i yeah um what is it uh in uh one of them i go to it a lot we've got fan expo and comic-con there so it could be either yeah um fan expo finn expo that's what i go to awesome hopefully we'll see you there in the next couple years look at all your pops look at that that's fantastic yeah this is the fairy tale section right here i love it and i got a what is the t-shirt you are a fairy tale fan oh i love it i'm a huge fan of a lot of your work dragon ball and rosario and my hero but fairy tales got like a special place in my heart because i feel like it really influenced me as a person i used to make some not so great life choices and yeah i watched it you guys put so much emotion and feeling into it that like the life lessons really resonated with me and so thank you i honestly feel like i've been a better person since i watched that show oh i love hearing that that's fantastic here i think that show has really good morals and i feel like urza is a really good uh moral compass for the group so absolutely i was actually wondering would you do me a huge favor i've always wanted to hear one of the guild members welcomed me to the guild would you say spencer welcome to the guild spencer welcome to the guild uh although i will need you to bring me some strawberry cake before you join oh my gosh that's amazing um two of my guild mates that i live with are here they want to say hi real quick if that's okay this is bobby and josh hello it's nice to meet you guys i promise you'll meet us in person someday oh yeah oh absolutely we actually had a question for you we're wondering is there a particular moment or even like a saga and fairy tale that that really hit home for you on on a personal level you could relate to on the personal level like she goes through so much trauma and i just don't have a lot of trauma in my life so like the power of heaven i loved and her mom stuff i loved but that neither of those has anything to do with my life um i think probably just her struggle in general uh to be able to lighten up like she needs her friends to lighten her up and to remind her to like experience joy and not just be too serious that is probably my my take away from it that's like okay but don't forget strawberry cake that's always strawberry cake oh my gosh though that's awesome i'm so glad you guys were doing this it's it's really cool to actually chat with you guys i just finished the live stream to watch the whole thing obviously i'm glad i'm glad i hope it was okay oh it was super awesome all
