so today I'm gonna try to explain what borderless printing is so in this case um here's your printer and this is exactly an a4 size page and here's an exactly a4 size poster now when you print that you kind of expect it to just go from edge to edge and I'll hold shift so I can constrain it so it'll keep the proportion but when I scaled to the edge this is this is probably how you want it to print but in some cases your printer has a setting it's usually on by default and it's gonna add a little border so let me shrink this down a little bit and the border is like a no print zone on the edge of your paper so if I scale this proportionally to fit you know scale to fit inside of that border this is this is what the result is these kind of weird uneven margins and if you see this and you don't want it you want your poster to go all the way to the edge you need to go inside your printer settings or look at the manual and find out how to enable borderless printing there's also another name for it here it's called borderless printing and also full bleed printing and I don't know why a lot of printers have the setting sort of disabled by default but most of the time if you just try to print a full-page image if you try to print a full page image like this what will happen is it'll automatically scale it to fit and it'll it'll give it these little boundaries on the edge and won't let it print past that so obviously when it scales it proportionally you have a little bit uneven boundaries when you compare the top the bottom and the sides so hopefully that that explains it just just look at your your manual or the maybe a tutorial about your printer and just find out how to enable that full bleed printing or borderless printing
