this video is going to cover how to do a great verification report and should be done after completing your grades for each grade or each class here and then printing off this report for each class so you're going to click on reports score sheet report we're going to change this this should say great verification sheet semester to my class here is this one court so you can put select multiples as you scroll down on this page the student fields should be student name the sort options should be great book preference the category should be listed as any category by default for the final grades here you're going to click the down arrow and be sure that all of these are selected for quarter three quarter four for the intermediates and primaries and then e2 and s2 will be options for high schools until you want all those selected a little trick that we found is to set the date range to be manual and we're going to set the date to be a day that is outside of the school year and should not have any assignments assigned on it and will eliminate the listing of every assignment and make this a much shorter report so you do that by clicking the down arrow here selecting manual clicking the calendar and selecting June 7th and again on this side if you happen to enter grades on the seventh you can select another date like on the weekend that you haven't done any grades but the seventh seems to be working so I'm going to scroll back to the top here I'm going to click on format the orientation here I have is landscape probably makes sense to leave it like that the output is going to be a PDF we don't need this to be shaded so this gray and white each side the bottom note you may want to hit include on this and put eyeverify that the following grades are correct or whatever your school is requesting on there and then you can include a signature line on that page so that you can have that verification you can hit run report it will download that report in Google Chrome you're going to go down to the bottom left-hand side if you're using another browser it may be a blue arrow wherever your downloads show up and when you open that it will have everything as you expect that's all for this video
