yeah pretty good yourself good thanks um I need to print a flyer and I only have the flyer on this drive and I really don't know how to print from a drive so can you help me yeah sure can basically you just want to take your flash drive put in a USB port here on the right side of this machine is that where the USB Drive always is normally but it normally is gonna be around the screen or on the right side okay once you pop it in it'll come up asking you for some information here you want to select print a document from external memory great oh there's my files there's your files so you want to select the file you want to print tap on print on the right side then you can go through and change the different settings like color color paper type one side to side in quantity your number of sets up at the top once you have all that set going hit your Start button it'll take a little bit but your file will proud awesome so the the machines always come like by default set to have those options there most of time they're going to be actually turned off well then how how if I go to a machine it doesn't have that option readily available for an external drive what do i do we want to hit the menu key in the upper right go to utility administrator settings then you want to go n type in the password one through eight you just did one two three four five six seven eight you guys that normal yep that is pretty standard password okay then system settings user box settings external memory function settings and you want to make sure all these are on okay great well that was easy not too bad awesome thank you Robert you're welcome
