okay today we're going to talk about how to use the docusign printer driver to send forms from your desktop directly into DocuSign without having to save them and upload them and this can be done with an attachment in an email a form that you actually have saved on your computer or this could also be done for example with a web page if you've got am an airfields map that needs to be signed by the parties acknowledging the property there is or is not inside an AIP d zone or something of that nature anything that you could print to a normal printer you can print to a DocuSign envelope so if you think about it like this a normal printer you hit file print and whatever you are seeing on your screen prints out on a piece of paper the DocuSign printer is is very much the same when you hit file print and you are on the DocuSign printer instead of printing it on a piece of paper it prints it inside of a docusign envelope it's very easy to use and again it saves you even having to log in to docusign so it makes the process very fast and seamless the first thing you're going to want to do is go to this site here which is DocuSign calm / resources / documents and you'll see a link here to download the print driver directly from DocuSign there's also a quick start guide should you need it you'll just follow the steps installing the print driver and it will prompt you to enter your DocuSign login and password information once you've done that it's saved and you won't have to do that again so just to kind of give you an illustration here let's open this document and pretend for a moment that this is the one we need to have signed in docusign again this could be any screen we're going to do this one and we're going to select file print and you'll see me that it's asking me for which printer i want to send this to so i'm going to select the drop-down menu and i'm going to select send in docusign envelope once you've installed that DocuSign printer this will appear on your list of available printers to use so i'm going to select that one and I'm just simply now going to hit print you see this little status bar over here once that's complete it will open this document as you can see we can close this out now in a docu sign window okay so now we'll just simply tag it as normal we'll just pretend that this person is who's signing it and scroll down over here drag our tags / of course will want to type a message and then we'll just simply hit Send so that's how easy it is to use this docusign printer i wanted you to know that it was out there thanks for joining us this is another how-to video from Main Street properties make it a great day
