you're either of these things will show you how easy it really is by walking you through the steps so you come to your inbox here and the signer will have received an email from document at sign this is what you'll be able to see when you receive a document you'll be able to see the other parties involved with the document and the role they have in the envelope so now we can see all of the fields if we click one field click once to fill it in and it will tell you exactly what you need to fill in in that said field so it's telling us to print our name so let's print name so to move to the next field to fill in you can either press tab or click next let's click Next so now it's asking us for our full address if you have any issues with something that you've already inputted you're able to go back and forth between fields and change information if you need to so I forgot a capital here so let's add that in now let's go to the next one these are checkboxes and this is asking for our contact preference with these checkboxes you'll need to click one or the other so you can't highlight both so we'll go with email now let's go on next this is an upload field so it requires you to upload either a picture or a document this is asking for a picture proof of ID so let's do that all you need to do is click on the field itself and it will bring up this little upload button here so what we need to do is click it will take us into finder here you select the file that you want to upload you press open this will then progress the upload and there you go you can see it's been uploaded now all you have to do is press confirm and it's in there and it'll tell you files have been uploaded if it's successfully done now we'll go to the next one choose person you can also if you'd like to skip between fields you can also click on the actual field itself to fill it as you can see with all of these fields they're required so that means that the sender has clicked that they're required field so that you have to fill them out for you to be able to submit this contract or document so with this this is a drop down field the sender will have set up certain drop-down options for this particular field it's the issuer so we can either choose one of these two let's go with me now we click on next and this is the main section that you need to pay attention for so this is your signature a signature is merely a mark or a sign that means that you've read through the entire contract or agreement and you agree with it it doesn't need to look anything like your wet signature or anything that you usually use to sign your agreement to something and it doesn't need to look the same every single time either so don't worry too much about this so there's a few options with sign Abul you can either draw your signature if you're on a tablet you'll be able to use a stylus or your finger to draw your own signature however you like if you're on a desktop you'll be able to use a mouse if you don't find that drawing your signature is terribly quick or easy for you then you've got the options of typing your signature so if you just type your name in it'll randomly generate a little kind of handwriting version of your signature here or you'll be able to upload a picture of your signature so go here and it's the same as uploading into a field up here it'll you click through and choose I see your signature PNG JPEG or PDF versions are fine we'll just draw a signature to show you how really easy it is that looks nothing like anything that I've ever done has a signature but it's just my mark of acknowledgement of this doc and that's all we need if you're not happy with that then you can clear it and you can start again again that doesn't look like the first one I did either and it probably won't look the same next time I do it but it doesn't matter so when we're done when my happy with the signature all you have to do is press confirm and that'll place it inside the field here so now let's go to our last field the date with the date field it brings up a little calendar like this so it's easy for you to select the date as of today we'll just go for December 10th and he'll automatically bring up the right year press confirm to finish so now we can look over the document we can see at the top there were a hundred percent complete because we filled in all the fields if it says at the top here that you're not a hundred percent complete then you'll need to go back through the document and make sure you've signed everything and filled everything in properly so there you go you can see all of your required fields have been filled in all we need to do is click Submit that's it that's all you have to do it's that easy if you'd also like to download
