hey guys good morning John staadecker here with notary signing agent blueprint it is a special good morning it's an early morning it's about 5:45 here and had a pretty late meeting actually too so I'm up I'm ready to go I just had breakfast and today we're actually just gonna go over something really basic I wanted to show you guys not so much a typical day but I wanted to go over some things that I do in the morning when I'm printing documents to you know sort of just it gets you more familiar about what it takes to print the documents what I do and just kind of show you how that work so I don't have the mic on but I have it here on the desk so you could probably still hear me good I'll be moving around just a little bit so I have a couple of orders here that I'm going to be printing out so you guys can see we also have a couple of FedEx packs and UPS packs okay so I'm going to print one FedEx and one UPS the way that you determine that is actually on the paperwork so when you get clients you'll actually know which client uses which one and so in my program but regardless of my program it took me about five years to figure out how to get the pack set to you for free from FedEx and UPS delivered right to your door there's a lot of different types of shipping material that they have um you need the correct ones guys there's actually some companies that'll you know dingy like five bucks on an order if you're not sending back in the correct material so there's a lot of different ones out there you don't want to be confused but either way my point is to sort of get to this point you need to know which ones to grab you got to get them and you have not only the pack but you also have the clear vinyl sleeve where the shipping label goes in and so there are some envelopes I have them all together that are more sort of like thinner thinner cardboard I think not cardboard but you get my points about the harder material these are the soft poly ones and what that allows you to do or sort it makes you have to do is take that clear vinyl sleeve and put it on the outside of it so you actually have to stick them on everyone because it's not a one-piece that sort of the two pieces and so once you have those and get all those sort of set up I usually try to get about fifty to a hundred sent and I'll usually do that for like two three months I'll get it sound like every week and I'll have maybe like six hundred of them and that'll last me for...
