[Music] [Applause] [Music] hi guys and welcome back that 360 printing tutorial in this tutorial I'll show you how to print a personalized phone case by using a sublimation process so without any further ado let's start by preparing our file in Adobe Photoshop as a standard to see you we will use an a4 size paper make sure that the way this equals to 210 millimeter and height equals to 297 millimeter the solution should be 300 dpi and the color mode should be set to CMYK before we start we have to measure the metal sheet to get the a4 size and to set the guidelines in the canvas accordingly let's open the file that I have downloaded earlier and drag it to our new canvas [Music] after this we will muster images for the size of the sublimated metal sheet make sure to put at least two millimeter allowance or bleed to make sure that we cover the whole case unlink the mass and expand all the sides [Music] put some text to make it personalized and once then don't forget to save it and let's print it [Music] [Music] make sure to maximize the paper when you get a bulk order but since we don't have any choice at the moment let's print it as it is as a standard practice let's select the correct printer and open the print settings make sure that the document size will be the same with your canvas size and set the paper type to epson Matt then set the quality as high next check more options to make sure that the mirror image is thick as additional settings then let's proceed with our printing this is the to discipline mission phone case and it's very depends on the model of your phone most of the sublimated bomb case in the market are designed for iPhone users only [Music] let's muck up the metal or printed design I can say that two millimeter bleed around it is just perfect make sure not to put an effector logo in this part otherwise it will be cut up into the pack our design cut the paper and place it on the sublimated material [Music] don't forget to remove the plastic that is covering the sheet before placing your design or else the design will not be transferred directly to your phone case and worse of it but elastic will melt and will ruin the process [Music] use the thermal tape to secure the paper and space [Music] now that we are on the final stage of our tutorial let's open our heat press machine and let's set the temperature to 200 degree Celsius and let's set the timer to 150 seconds some people are using lower temperature and shorter time you can also try different domination but for me I get a better result by using my own settings [Music] you can either place it upside down or this way but important is to put an extra clean white paper underneath to make sure that the bleed will not be transferred to our path but Walter plan [Music] [Music] [Music] adjust the level of ardingly and press then wait until you hear the beep sound much better we will use a proper heat-resistant gloves if not then we can use any power the fabric to protect our hand [Music] remove the tapes or try to open one over the side purse to check if it's transferred properly you can place it once again to the machine if it's not yet properly cool [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] finally remove the paper covering the hasib and place the painted chip [Music] here you go our 2d sublimation phone case thank you for watching our tutorial till next time [Music] you
