hey guys what's up it's Sam and in this video we're gonna talk about our check boxes so I actually clear my form but if you have a button go ahead and keep that on your form not sure why I'm not really gonna make this a little smaller here just so that it fits this video better but yeah we're gonna be talking about check boxes so chances are some point along the line you have seen a check box it is a pretty simple thing really yeah it's basically a check box but you probably don't know how to use any C sharp so that is what we're gonna talk about today now I'm gonna add three check boxes actually all have four just so that it looks good yeah for okay so go ahead and yeah just again you can find your check boxes in your tool box under all windows forms and there C so they're pretty near the top and go ahead and just drive it for over and really the only thing that you what ever want to change about a text box is the words alright yeah yeah the words that go along with it so I mean I think of a four-letter word it's a for a little word meet actually and I say M II I don't want that checks box check box and I'm just gonna spell out meet here across the text of our check boxes so M e a down here I'm gonna put tea in this last one here and you can change the text of these checkboxes by clicking them going into your properties window and finding the text so I've spelled out meat here there's a bunch of different checkboxes and you'll see where I'm going in a minute and I'm gonna change the name of button 1 I'm not gonna change the name we're gonna change the text of that to combine and so maybe you guys know where I'm going with this but another thing that you guys might wanna change about your text box is it's checked property so if you come over here in your properties window you're gonna find two properties checked and check state so go ahead and if you change one of these it'll change the other and you can change to intermediate which I don't really understand where that's useful I've never seen that applied but I'm gonna go ahead and change the m1 to true the check state to true and I'm going to change the T to true as well so now what I'm going to do is I'm going to come over here in our form 1 us yes and this is left over from the old button I had and I just have to get rid of that but I'm gonna double click on our combined button and that's gonna create button 1 underscore click which is basically the function that it gets...
