Great price for my basic needs of document signing.

User in Legal Services

What do you like best?

It was hard to find a service that offered unlimited uploadable templates PDFs that I could tailor edit for each client for a reasonable price. Some services did not allow you to edit your uploaded templates, some had a limited number of templates you could upload, and others were too expensive for something that's pretty basic in nature.

What do you like best?

airSlate SignNow has simplified the process of getting documents signed and returned to us by our vendors, subcontractors and others. We've found the app simple to use and have gotten positive feedback from those receiving our invites; along with the ease of using the app on mobile devices. I feel their website does a good job laying out the features each package offers. Where we did have questions on certain features or capabilities we found the live chat to be responsive and helpful. Also, it is nice that they held a recent webinar for users to attend. Our business is project oriented so we like that invites/documents can be archived in unique folders. Unlimited invites leave the possibilities open for other uses for us.

Print mark credit card number

hello planner fam so today i wanted to go over some planning stuff i'm going to go over my 10 functional planning essentials with you and so these are kind of just the things that i grab for anytime i get ready to start planning that way you know everything goes smoothly and i have everything i need start off with obviously you're going to need your planner this is not part of the essentials but mainly planning my a5 mo term croc currently obviously you're going to need your planner but like i said that's not part of the essentials but the first thing i grab for are pens [Music] or is a pen the one that i'm using is this which i got from amazon it's a tg31880 it's a 0.35 and from them i also have which i believe is by the same people this one which is a 0.38 and this is the tg30826 which i also got from amazon and i just love to write very thin especially when i'm working in smaller inserts i'll go over some of my other pens with you that i like to use uniball signo zebra sarasa dry in .5 although i do want to get a smaller size for signing things i actually prefer this lamy ballpoint sharpie roller i have a couple erasable pens this one is by frixion this may be a 0.4 or 0.3 and i got this really cute one from aliexpress and i think it's called zooey zuwa and i might be wrong about that but it's actually erasable as well and i think this is point five next up for my planning essentials are neutral highlighters my favorite to use are tombows and this is the set i have plus this and then i have a gray one which is this here i have in my planner because it's my favorite to use it's just a very light gray some other ones that i like to use this one by stadler it's a brown color it's very deep though so i don't typically use it on a day-to-day basis i do have a brown tombows that i prefer to use but i do like this i love the consistency of it i also like these ascenti soft i get these from cloth and paper my favorite color is the blue one as you can see i use it a lot it's very loved and of course i also like to use uh mild liners this one is mud liner brush and then it's got like a fine tip at the end as well this one also the tombows have a fine tip at the end next up are sticky notes because i have all of my planner stuff in a bag organizer i actually stick all of my sticky notes and sticky tabs that i like to use all in here in this little pouch and let me pull out some this is a new one that i'm really loving from sesame i love to use these round sticky notes which i have a moon one and that one is mercury i got this from aliexpress i also have a couple of these smaller ones which i got from jetpens then i got just some you know regular square stickies from cloth and paper these are from noted which is by post-its and you can get them at target most of the time i keep a sticky note dashboard in my planner which is this right here and i have all of the sticky notes a variety of sticky notes that i might like to use so if you use sticky notes often i would recommend making a sticky dashboard in your planner i also just use sticky notes for inbox because these are things that are processed right away so they don't stay for a long time and these are the moon stickies just uh something that i also wanted to mention were page flags i didn't add these in my essentials because i'm i can't say that i use these too often but sometimes they are very useful so i have this which is you know i've got i've had for a very long time i got from walmart these are some page flags from post-its or tabs these are page flags from cloth and paper she's got so many other colors now you know it's handy the next essential for me when i'm planning uh functional planning is transparent dots i'm always using transparent dots these are the ones that i got from aliexpress i will say there are so many planner shops that offer transparent dots now they offer much smaller sizes as well which is you know a lot better i want to use all of these up because i hate to waste but these are what i have i also have some washi tape here which i use sometimes but you know they're not my main thing i do use these dots a lot though these washes i got from ali express obviously i get a lot of my planning essentials there these are a couple that i got just from target i believe there this is scotch brand and this is scotch brand i'm not sure what brand this one is then just a really skinny pink one which i believe i got from the dollar store so i just want to show you guys how i use these transparent dots like as you can see here for example i'm color coding this year at a glance with birthdays holidays paydays things like that i use them to plan my weeklies these here are from brooklyn grace but as you can see i use them to mark my habit trackers i also may use them when i'm writing notes such as this here but i don't want to show you what this says so i'm covering it up the next two are kind of a two in one i'm separating them because not a lot of people have them like this functional stickers are one of my planning essentials and sticker albums are also an essential [Music] now these i got from the dollar tree and they are super duper helpful i got this idea from planning with alo to get these from the dollar tree and they're awesome they're not the best quality but they will do what i like to do because i don't really do a lot of decorative planning but i will use stickers in a functional way like credit cards when i put my credit card bill the house when i pay my rent dollar signs for the paydays gas bill auto auto insurance water bill light bill phone bill et cetera sometimes i do make my own stickers but i don't have a cutting machine so i do have to cut them myself like these i printed for you know vitamins or taking any prescriptions anything like that but i do have to cut these out myself this is for more of my fun stuff and freebies and happy meal that i may have received working outside stuff i got these from hobby lobby here's some a sheet of functional stickers from the planner stock coffee love coffee stickers this is from hobby lobby so i got these stickers i've had these for many many years i got them from michaels here's another sheet from my favorite clothes i like using arrow stickers to mark when i have to transfer something from one day to another and i love these from planner aesthetics but these i got from the dollar store so you don't have to you know pay a lot for stickers there's a lot of you know fun stickers that you can find at the dollar tree you just have to look around and people are always having sales like this one was from two dollar tuesday from platter planner aesthetics as you can see and these are just some stickers that's where we're meeting from a sticker kit that they got from michaels i got a happy meal these are just some really old stickers and this is a freebie that i got from bunny plants to coincide with the stickers the next two functional essentials for me are small scissors and micro tweezers and this i got from i'm not sure target something like that i believe this one i know i got from michaels but i need small scissors because as i said sometimes i will print out images and i want to use them as stickers so i have to cut them out myself and then this so that i can place the stickers where i want to without my fingers or my nails getting in the way so this is super essential the next planning essential is white out i use lots of pens and of course i may make mistakes here and there when i'm writing or i change my mind and want to write something different so i need white out these aren't always perfectly matched to the paper that i'm using but i don't care i'll use them anyway so this one i got from aliexpress and this i just get from office depot you can really get this anywhere sometimes i'll use a white pen if i make just a really small mistake you know just right over it and then go from there the last planning essential for me are spare inserts like ready to go [Music] now these aren't ready to go but they're pre-cut because i usually i use a lot of printable inserts so i pre-cut a lot of the paper and then i will just punch them i do use this punch from work lion for my a5 i use this one from rapesco for my personal and a6 and this could also do pocket if i ever went to pocket this could probably do all of them too but i just prefer to have this one for the a5 you could do a5 with this too but you have to like flip your paper around and it's just like a hassle so these aren't you know part of the essentials but they kind are here's like a good example i have some spare inserts for from sesame i'm always writing writing writing so i love to have these blank lined marble paper i love the marble paper the weekly that i'm using for next week which is the week of january 18th through the 24th it's a printable insert i printed it very badly so don't pay too much attention to stuff this is from paper tests i'm going to plan this out using all of my functional essentials if you want to see how this turns out then you can follow me on my instagram which is queen mary bella plants i'm gonna put it right here i want you guys right down below what are your planning essentials um do you functional plan do you mostly plan with stickers i tend to use a little bit of everything but for the most part i'm a pen and paper planner if you have any recommendations for highlighters pen stickers inserts any of that let me know down below and i'll talk to you guys soon [Music] sometimes i'll even use a white pen to sean these are the ones that i got from amazon no i didn't get these from amazon where did i get these [Music] you gotta say when you're recording i walked up here and thought you was talking to jacob when i'm recording when i don't know that you just [Music] hey where's
