first ever press conference for the Washington Kastles and I can't imagine a better way to get us started than with the announcement we're going to make today this is a really a great day for our team and it's a great day for the city we wouldn't be here without a lot of people contribution the people from World Team Tennis the people from the city the people from the tennis community who were well represented here and the business community of Washington as well when we started this franchise it obviously started with tennis but we really had a much broader vision that had three components the first was to expose tennis to people from throughout our community and to make it accessible to people from everywhere tennis is a sport of a lifetime that should be experienced by all kinds of people and so to do that yet to find a place where people could get to where people could get to by walking by driving whether it be easy parking and by subway and I think we have accomplished that the second component is a real commitment to charity charitable organizations in community and that's really a core principle of what we're trying to do and so you'll see this summer is that we've integrated a lot of charitable components into our activities every night every match we're going to have a charitable beneficiary that we're going to highlight we're going to provide opportunities for people from charities and community groups to have internships with the team to be volunteers it matches and that's a core principle not only for our team but for the league here with mr. mark I'm representing the castles new tennis team in that DC and for all of those who as you mentioned watch wimpleton yesterday they were probably really jazzed up about tennis yeah particularly right now this time of year I want to introduce you because you've done so much in the city you've been involved in so many ways in so many I'm sure of philanthropic opportunities you mentioned how this is going to benefit the kids it would come to the stadium that there will be a lot of complimentary tickets being provided could you emphasize that for people who want to participate yeah so every night we're going to provide a couple hundred tickets to kids from charitable organization we had a bunch of people reach out to us and we've gone and reached out to a bunch of people have other ideas we do have some slots open till we'd be open to considering more we're going to do a series of clinics throughout the year that most of the kids are coming from those organizations and you know this whole community outreach and philanthropic component of what we're doing is really core to our mission so we own castle systems which is building security company has been around Washington just babylons worlds in tennis good grade 35 year old company that most everyone knows it's almost like in Washington like FedEx or clean exit when it's our castle kids so it's a great it's a great local company employs a lot of people and you know we're really excited to to have them involved in us as well okay and we got a beautiful day today that the stadium looks great what's a capacity here 2,100 ok jokes and it's totally sold out tomorrow and a place can be rocking but we have six for more great matches so hopefully people come out for those and very colorful I just want everyone to see the color scheme here yeah is there a particular color ski is there a reason for the colors that is sort of arbitrary know you know worlds that a lot of the great innovations in tennis have come from World Team Tennis they try to make it a fun environment and the courts part of that so so we expect to see some festivities tomorrow then rice ELC people will have a great time I promise that fans advances the presenting sponsor of the world team tennis to promote toffee lifestyles advances giving a free to your rack and a test call to each time the three the ages of 4 and 16 here tonight simply bring your reading senate racket card to advance food and helping empower dreams of all sizes thank you and make time that's part of the ministry right boys and girls robots were horrible you
