[Music] what's up guys what's going on you boy here I beats Ryan how's everybody doing today is a little different of a vlog I wanted to address a lot of comments I'm getting messages regarding pricing pricing for screen printing blasts far as pricing goes make sure you guys do your research in your area and see what everybody is charging for a one color to color sweaters hoodies whatever it is so with that said if you if you're just getting started for and you don't know where to start I have this calculator which I got from the ISS 2017 or something like that or maybe 2016 I went to a class and the gentleman was the speaker was giving out pointers on how to price your your jobs correctly and competitively and he shared his pricing calculator which it was available for download so I'm gonna show you guys an example of how it works and it gives you guys a general idea of it's very competitively priced but once again just keep in mind that please check your local area and find out what everybody is charging for all right I don't have a screen capture software so we're gonna do it this way so this is a simple Excel calculator which calculates your job and it gives you a better idea what to charge okay so what we need to do is figure out what your cost is for the job per shirt so let's say you go to I don't know Alfre Broder SNS or whatever and this shirt cost you three dollars it is put in three three dollars now the next thing is this this session right here is your screen your setup fee right are you gonna charge them a separate set of fee or if you you want to build it into the pricing so right now let's put zero okay so in this session we got to figure out what your what you will be charging her print or color let's say you're gonna charge him a dollar 50 for print or a color charge okay all right so let's get on to this area right here so since your markup is two times two let's look at what would it cost what you should be charging your customer for a one color print okay in this bracket which is quantities from 12 to 24 that one color print is 750 2 color print is nine dollars so these are a dollar fifty intervals going down over Momo all the way down okay now let's say the customer let's let's just stick on this side let's say the customer wants a second location you charge them the interval color print charge which is a dollar fifty right here right here dollar fifty let's say customer wants another color charge them another dollar fifty hit imprint charge or interval let's say you want to give them a discount so let's say you can give them a discount of a set of marketing it times two you can market one point nine one point eight and you get all the pricing here in this area okay so you can even do this look let's say that your customer only wants a once 12 shirts okay let's say he wants 12 shirts but you only want to mark them down your markup as 1.5 so what you can do you can type in 1.5 here and you can see now that an a.1 color shirt six-two color shirt 750 and so forth okay let's change that back to two okay now let's say you want to add your set of feet into your pricing so whatever you set a fee is so let's say a screen plus emotion plus uh Inc and all that stuff let's just say it's 30 bucks 30 dollars I don't know okay see how that changed so so now technically you should be charging $10 for one color 14 for two color 18 for three color and so forth okay and as you can see down here your interval change see this because now on another location print let's say a one color print is ten bucks right one color one location but he wants to add like a sleeve print so you should be charging him an extra four dollars per print hopefully that makes sense all right so I hope this helps a little bit I like using this it gives me like a general idea what I should be pricing and what I should be looking at as far as what to charge a customer again I just use this as a reference this is not how I price things give and take maybe a dollar to whatever it is you know you can play around with the numbers here but you know it is what it is right once again I got this from the ISS show 2017 2017 ish last year they gave out a new one which I forgot to download I'm going again this year I'm sure you're gonna give it a new one also so yeah so if you guys want this so yeah this is a this is a very
