Print signatory evidence

good afternoon everyone and thank you for joining us today and today's webcast we're excited to give you a deep dive tour into the once Pantene new signer experience so my name is Sonia Silva and I'm a product marketing manager at one pound and I'll be your host for today's presentation I'm joined today with one of my colleagues beyond is available he badge from our product management team who will provide you with the details and an in-depth demo of the new signer experience so just a few housekeeping items before we get started we've used all the lines to avoid any background noise if you have any questions you can go ahead and submit them by entering them into the Q&A section of your GoToWebinar console you can type in a question as it comes to mind and we'll address as many as you can at the end of the webcast so in today's webcast I'll start off by providing you with a high-level overview of a new designer experience and speak more to you about why we decided to make this upgrade talk a little bit about the journey and how we got here and some of the improvements he's made to the signing experience and then I'll pop some eyes off the young who will speak about the features included in the new signers brand provides you with a demo I don't also give you some information on how you can access the new signer experience and then finally we'll open the floor for questions at the end of the presentation all right so let's take off today's webcast by talking a little bit a little bit about why we decided to overhaul or assign the experience so the number one priority for us undertaking this project with the provider end users dear customers the best customer experience when interacting with your brand so to provide a simple and intuitive dining experience with top of mind for us in choosing the best us design principles for the signing interface to help increase customer adoption rates and also completion rates when your customers are entering the signing process so we really wanted to provide a faster Chinese four inch for your signers also the new signers rate is optimized so documents are loaded factor and this will help accelerate the e signing process for your signers so this wasn't just an aesthetic update our R&D team did a complete code rewrite to ensure higher performance and reliability of the application we really wanted to make sure that we're providing a performant tiny experience we also wanted to give you the power to further customize assigning experience so not only are you able to customize the experience with your brand logo you can now customize the color string so your brand is truly front and center with your signers and lastly the new signer experiences optimized across all devices and this seems your signer is the flexibility to e find transactions whether that's from their desktop computer their tablet or mobile phone we really wanted to ensure that no matter which device finders are using to assign that the experience is consistent and truly responsive across all of these devices so let's talk about the journey and how we got here so the new signers experience is a highly anticipated upgrade for quite some time now our product management and UX team were hard at work to bring the new signers screens to life and bringing this to fruition is a major milestone for e-signatures solution and for all of us as a company at one fan so as you can imagine this was a massive undertaking which took about two years to get out to the market and the reason why it took longer than expected is because this wasn't just a facelift to the service we really wanted to make thoughtful decisions throughout the design process when trying to figure out the updates that would be made to the signing experience now we reached out to some of you attending the webcast today to participate in various usability testing and data testing sessions to help us understand the design choices that work and didn't work and I see some of you on the call today who participated in these sessions and I'd like to thank you for taking the time for your participation because your feedback and comments were instrumental in helping I validate our design choices for the new signer experience I just to share some of the feedback we got from from you guys our testers the consensus is that an insider experience was well received it was a faster experience compared to our classic Jaime experience and it was more intuitive and you find transactions so we will be launching the new signers experience as an MVP in October and will reach feature parity in 2020 but all yes I'll let yen speak to the details of the general availability dates in the second half of the presentation so what types of improvements can you expect with a new sign experience we updated the underlying technology staff that the one Newton experience was built on so R&D team did a complete new write of a code to ensure that we're releasing a more solid reliable scalable and performance timing experience to your signers you can also expect some more modern clean and intuitive user interface with this upgrade we really wanted to make sure that we're thinking of the signers to help them complete the signing experience in a simplified way the assignee experience is responsive across all devices as I mentioned earlier so this means that your signers can assign transactions from virtually any device and the responsive design provides an optimal client experience no matter which device they're using and as for document loading we're using a PDF viewer to display the document so you'll notice that you can zoom into documents as much as you need to without compromising the quality of the document because now the document will be clear and it won't be displayed as a pixelated image on the screen and finally we also wanted to allow you to provide a fully white labeled and customized Hani explained now reflects your brand identity you can apply a brand logo and also customize the colors that reflects your corporate branding to the signing interface and dialog boxes all right so at this time I'm gonna pass the mic off to you Yan to speak more about the features that's included in the new signer experience tell your Thank You lolani I'm very excited today to go into the more detail of the new slang experience like the lani said it's been a major project for one spend sign one that we think bring a lot of value for customers it is important though to understand it is deliver as an MVP Minimum Viable Product with a limit limited set of feature available as in the first release that isn't in this release 11:30 I have to say I'm very impressed by the work that R&D and the UX team have it really shown that they did in a customer-centric way it's not just a butyl if it's really a complete design from scratch making it making it also more performant so I'm really got to go and glad to go into more details today about the design experience if I go to the next slide that's really where we show what's included in the new sighing experience that was existing in the classic sighing experience the goal was really to go in and buy why we went with a minimal Viable Product was to go to market s as fast as possible and at least serve the main use case the basic use case that we can see in the market I also give the the opportunity for customers who don't have all required feature yet to at least start testing and a separate sandbox environment and really I get the look and feel of the sign experience and get a really get a feel out how it works so was it the main reason they're so they were the feature that we'll see in that release is all authentication methodologies for sure the ability to click to sign click to initials all document types will be supported the ability to decline the signature process Auto feels and form feels the download of the document themself the evidence summary will be fully supported iframe support for readily integrated customers the event notification and fast-track and box M so these are the main feature that will come in this MVP we do have a complete list in our new sign experience QuickStart guide that's how about on the link show on that slide it's all resources that are available on our public website but when we move to the new sign experience even in the MVP state it's not just for quarter for $1 you get also more feature in that delani spoke earlier about the customization so that was really crucial for us to give you more customization means it's we can say that it's basically of m2m customizable experience so and also we wanted to tackle some of the an investment request that was submitted for the classing ceremony so we did one in MVP to tackle as much as possible on that front as well of the new feature that we can see there's field scaling so we already did a part of it in the classics it's the ability to set a font size for a feel but also what what happened in new signing ceremony now is that we're making sure that if your your your string is too long and spill over to feel they feel without a little scale to make sure it sits and then by by making sure it key the font size there's also the major improvement is a responsive design so what it means we don't have a signing ceremony on desktop and on the mobile now it's said with just one sign ceremony that will adapt to any device and also adapt to your screen size major improvement for the nice new sign experience we also add localize and over URL link the capacity to add and over in different languages localize account logo as well that was long-awaited so for different brands that have divid that serve different languages you can have different logo also like Danny mentioned the capacity to configure the colors of the signing ceremony I'll get it to more the details in the demo later on an easy way to accept the electronic consent document and a completely new improved thank you summary page also going to the details of that in the demo but I was long-awaited we had a lot of maintenance man in regards to that thank you summary page and you see that we made the major improvement on that front like I said earlier it's an MVP so they are a feature that are not yet included in that release you know we are not yet at full accessibility support I want to make it clear though here that we build a new sign experience with accessibility in mind we just have a couple of fix to do and also the screen reader is not yet available capture signature in person signing optional signature the new feature which is conditional feel attachment TSP and external sanger verification the ability to change sanger mobile capture signature group signer we groups I'm sorry and we're talking on the sender side certificate signing delegates signing notarize signing and awareness are all feature that are not yet including an MVP so the different thing though is that now that we release an EP they will be release and the subsequent release that are coming incremental II so you'll see them soon enough but it doesn't prevent you at least - even though you don't have all necessary features to really test what's what's there in MVP and their separate sound box and so yeah what happens if a customer migrates to the new signers experience and uses one of these features on the list what would happen so we have a backward compatibility so for some instances if you do move your production account to the new sign experience if for some reason there's a use case or say one of your sender that use an unsupported feature it will revert back to the classic Cerrone so it will not break the workflow or the process it's just that the user would have a different experience which is the classic so that's why we leave a lot of flexibility to customer to decide what I want to migrate if they are ok with some of the account moving some of their account moving to the new sign experience other account that don't have all the features require that you have to stay in classic it's good but even if they're willing to have different user experience within the same account or use case they could do it it's really up to them to decide when but it's important to understand that it will if there's an answer for the future it will still work that the only piece that the only exception here is a witness so even this because it's recording what's actually happening this won't be supported in the backward kept at capacity fashion so until if you witness is dear to you and it's really important we need to have - you would need to have to wait that it's delivered and the next future release a wonderful thing in my pleasure there is also feature that are being deprecated the main reason is you know we really wanted to make the interface intuitive really streamlined and there was something there was a lot of noise around the document with these different menus so that's the main reason why we deprecated most of the what we see on the sign experience the opt-out menu was during a lot of confusion what's a difference between opt on and decline so we removed this if customer wished to keep the opt-out you know reason we just you know we suggest to add it as a decline reason instead displaying the document description as well it was a little text you know a little text fill on on the top left it was hard to put in context with the document so we didn't remove that at the branding bar as well so usually what the customer was providing is a branding part I was taking the whole space of the upper section of the user interface we deprecated that but replace it with a smaller logo you'll see later on the whole I'll go to the details of that there's also on the right corner of the interface we have a we call a session bar info so first it did create some confusion for some for some use case so we did remove it to keep it streamlined and also we did provide in the past the ability in the classic we do provide the capacity to provide a new oil for the branding logo this will not be working with the new signing ceremony so this is really the main piece it has been removed it really important for you to to acknowledge them and make sure it's part of your change management plan so we talked about customization early on so what can be branded there's a lot of thing that can be brief I just talked about the logo so yes we removed their branding bar but as you can now that still have a logo which will be on the left upper corner and it is now localized like I said earlier all the colors of this sign ceremony can be branded and now all of the text strings of the sign museum only as well so that's a major improvement you really have full customization power of what the customer the user can see while using the ceremony and like I said I'll show more details in the demo but thank you summary page is it's not like a pop-up box anymore it's really have a page by itself and it's fully customizable by the customer okay now it's crossing the finger time and and making sure that everything will go well so I didn't want it to go through a real live demo to show you how it works so I'm just going to show you right away where you can do your customization for the colors most of the customization need to be done through support I'll explain a bit more later but at least for the color we thought it was really difficult to go back and forth with color code and everything so we gave the ability for the manager and user admin to configure to them on the centre you send their UI in the admin section and there's a new section that's called customization there you'll see more thing you know appear there in the future but for now from the signing perspective that's where you can customize your colors I'll show a bit later what it looks like so this is not default color its colors that I've put myself in but you can see that you have a lot of a thing that you can cover from a color perspective even the signature click to sign colors can be configured as well so that is really where the admin can configure the user experience and this is per account so if I go back to a transaction itself all right here we just land on the new sign Experian so this is really the look and feel I like the way I want to write a click describe it the focus is really on the document itself that's why I said earlier we removes a lot of the noise that was around the signing ceremony it's it's really intuitive very streamlined as you can see there's three clear instruction as well that are more obvious for the customer to read at this we just land on the consent document as you can see there's a new option that will be there by default where and that it is up for the admin to configure if he doesn't want to but we now have the capacity to accept the consent document up up at the upper section of the interface by just clicking so it's still required an art action from the user but if you are not comfortable with this and would prefer to have the scroll down which is still working anyway but if you would like to prefer to remove this option there to accept the content on top of the page this is configurable to the back-office as you can see - there's a zoomin zoom-out the instruction bar is displayed as we go along but in the smaller fashion you can zoom in by keeping all the clarity that we say earlier with the PDF viewer it's crisp it's clear this is the major improvement that we did in terms of responsive design and the PDF viewer also you can see me on the upper left corner this is you know your localized logo so and then you can really customize your color and I in accordance to the logo that's what I try to do here I'm a little bit colorblind so don't judge me if it's miss mistaken but you can see here that my primary color should be part of my my logo there and I'll see you later that that some other pieces are configured accordingly alright so we landed on the first document this is a to document transaction I've put one this is an accept only and also the other one which is a clear appear click to sign a document here we have the kind of the section bar where you can see all your document a clear description and what needs to happen so I can clearly see here that I have a first document that is there even except and a second document that we're in require signature with a number of signature to be completed they're very intuitive like I say we always keep the focus of the document as well on the right it's not shrink it's a core of the transaction and as you can see that's my secondary color that should be matching the logo on the upper front there so I would go and accept the document you see it is adidas Papa popping up only when I read through the document I can now accept it and now I'm into the signature document so as you can see I played around little bit right so you can I wanted to show that we can customize a lot of the string even the signature box that can be customized a click to sign bucks so like I said every string that I use most of this ring that you see here in the sighing experience are customizable all the form field that you can add as well or customizable Intermatic content so now I will just try to sign this Oh what's happening so thank you and to ative oh I'm I'm being told it's a little lag on the user than the demo so I'm just gonna slow it down a bit more okay good thanks so I click to I try to click assign but then this pop up so like I said we try to me the experience really intuitive showing the error here there's an error bar where I can navigate to the error so okay what's the error --air new value in this field is required I can go directly to the field by clicking in there and there you know I can enter the first yeah required information you see now that I've filled this feel it automatically update and really tells me that there's just one ever it's Randall remaining so I can handle this error and that's it my error handling screen is completed very intuitive very straightforward and I can move to the signature now from button appear only when I will have you know accepted Hall the signature we see the progress in there as well you know sign one of one if in terms of numbers you should be completed I'm ready to go and comfortable with my document the most amazing p.m. thank you interface I'm starting to very like it more now can I go ahead and there will end on the thank you summary page all the piece that you see in there can be confident we you'll see a bit more details in the documentation but really each pieces that you see the download document from the tank you can be turned on enough so you have full customization on this as well as the training list strings that you want to see in there also talking about the the field at the string that you see in the Box field if you don't want a review document you can remove that button you can remove the continue if you don't have any and over URL so it's really up to you to configure that page like you want I think we'll see in the future especially with the enterprise admin project going on a way for you to sell sirs that customization but for now it needs to be to be done to support so I it might require some I'm back and forth until we have the cell server ball option but we make sure to provide a lot of documentation documentation on this so that was really a quick overview of the experience there is a lot more to it I am we were probably gonna play with it on your side when you be starting the testing but I like seeing I think it's a very awesome interface that we're putting to market now it is not yet perfect for sure so it would be great we do expect from customer that are testing it to provide any enhancement requests to us that's why we go to market when MVP is to iterate and get capture your feedback as we go along so any improvement opportunity we like to see please contact the support or your your CSR to make sure that we can capture that feedback but I'm really proud of what the R&D team has delivered there and and I hope you did like a bit what do you see on the demo I'm gonna go back to the presentation and now I'm gonna more I'm gonna tackle a bit more out to access the new sign experience so in terms of the migration aside the fact that we have a lot of improvement it's a now an awesome interface there's also other reason to consider to plan the migration all new features that would be upcoming in the next year or so in the next year's will only be developing an insight experience for some good reason the classic sign of experience is that the end of its life cycle will will probably soon plan a deprecation it will not be sooner than early next year because we do need to achieve feature parity with the new sign experience first and once we decide of a date we'll make sure to communicate to you well in advance but we should expect it early next and 2021 in terms of the how to for you we did put a lot of effort and making sure we documented that it properly into our web portal you gotta it's really importantly understand that it says soft lunch so if you do nothing on your side there is nothing that will happen it's not a forced migration so it's really when you're ready to migrate to the migration new sign experience in your prediction account that it will happen what I strongly suggest is to go through the resources page the QuickStart guide that we've developed there's a lot of details on there a lot of step-by-step we also describe you know the next feature coming what's available what's not and then you can determine your testing and go to production strategy there's also in the QuickStart guide and I also provided a link there what we call the migration form so that's where we will ask all the question and ask you all the resources that are required for you to configure either a new sandbox account or do the migration on your actual sandbox or production account I also wanted to give you an know review of what's coming and terms in a new feature that are that our plan there is certainly gonna be more after feature parity but it is what is currently planned in terms of new feature and/or major enhancements i've talked earlier about conditional fields so that opened up some you know some new use case one of the one that we've seen often is in some use case you can add for example for mortgage you can add answer specific instruments and if you were now able to capture that information from the customer before and you really wanted to capture this in the signing process the conditional hello youth for example let's at the example of a user that opt in or out of an insurance policy if you opted out then you some time you would require him to sign that you really understand the opting out so it opened up new use case that's just an example but there's multiple use case there also in the future after feature parity are we gonna plan the to design a welcome page so it would be a landing page where the minute the customer click on the link to access the signing ceremony it would be a fully customized customizable page where we could you would be able to provide a lot of context to the customers what are the document to be signed what is expected from them give them instruction overall instruction right now the customer really land on the consent page and it goes document by document so when we think about fully remote use cases this can be very useful and we require less interaction human interaction with the end user frame to understand what needs to happen there's also a witness that do it on 2.0 sorry about that we need to make it downloadable it's it's part of the scope so as a user as an admin user you should be able to download the proof on your enterprise content management system and will also make it stronger but this will come a bit later at the end of the feature parity race we also added some little thing you know the like I said earlier with the autorai director and / or all will be added later so if you'd only if you would like to land on something else than our Thank You summary page directly after the user can affirm the signature this will be enabled in the future also the ability to configure the parameters that are on your n over URL if you would like that this is really flexibility in terms of the integration and a complete review in person signing we do want to add authentication capacities and some small workflow announcement in that and in the future release we know for now that there were some concern that for example a sender could do the full signature process instead of the actual recipient or signer and they would be there there is actually nothing preventing them from from doing that when we use the n % functionality so it was really important for us to add a some level of authentication to prove that is truly the actual recipient that is signing in terms of general availability and dates so this is the important release dates you know we already are in the in the sandbox is always deployed for the Canadian in us to the products and this is all in their trust center so please refer to the trust read that we just wanted to give you an overview but you can see here on the on the screen the the major shipping dates for production and sandbox in terms of the next priorities and then I want to reiterate on that like I said now the additional feature will be really released incrementally at each release the first part already is really to make her user experience fully accessible and you enable the screen reader as well and then afterward would be focusing on the capture signature and optional signature in percent signing and conditional fields which are a feature that oh that you know are using a lot of use case especially capture signature it's it's still widely used especially in branch scenarios so this is it for me I hope you like what you've seen we certainly gonna have a lot of interaction and I'll leave up the fluorophore if there's any questions and answers' wonderful thanks for that in-depth presentation yen so at this time we'll move to our Q&A sources or presentations so just as a reminder if you'd like to ask question you can go ahead and type your question in the GoToWebinar console I'm just going to see what we have so far for questions just waiting for some of them to come in I have one here on lecture this is for one of our customers using the Salesforce connector so will the new signer experience to be available for the Salesforce convertor yes that will be available so - so it is if you configure it for your account if new signing ceremony and experience discomfort in your account and use connector it will use the new signing experience and what if customers want to stay with the classic interface instead that is not an option yeah like I said it's really a soft lunch it's up for the customer to decide when you want to migrate but also there's going to be a deprecation plan for the classic signing ceremony so I would really suggest to start testing and planning for the migration as soon as possible and because I for us is is really early 2021 that's all probably where we're gonna plan deprecating the classic sign experience okay so with respect to new features and functionality that will be released for the sign expert is that can apply for both the new signers phrase on the classic or are you just gonna release features on the new signers Brayan once we reach feature parity yeah most of the new features by themself and major enhancement will only be done on the the new sighing experience for the reason being that really the classic sighing experience is really true - towards his ends of the end of his life it's becoming really it's it's dating a lot and it's becoming an application it's really hard to maintain and that's why the ends the reason that we will focus only on the new sign experience for a new features enhancements okay just have a clarification here on on what MVP stands for I think the product management term so I'll let you two think I'm sorry but I thought I thought I'd webinar but it's a minimal Viable Product so it's really going to product with something that to mark it with something that's not completed yet and you know we as I said we're not at feature priority it's all feature that are available and it's really important for you to use that methodology it's a little more agile and it allow us to capture feedback from customer as we go along and go to the end of their journey definition thanks okay can you please show the decline feature so how can how can customers I guess like or their signers decline to find the document let's say I don't know if you can pull that up in your demo speak to that yeah I can quickly pull it up this is a configurable resource though so right now I don't have any so the line II do you have any other question I have a partner in my partner in crime in my room that's gonna send ya a transaction and we'll be able to show that yeah I terrible we can yeah we can revisit that question for sure so here's another question when we have the post MVP version of all the three priorities that you mentioned in your last slide when those are completed sorry thank you repeat the first part of the question again yeah so we have someone asking when will we have the host MVP version with all the the priorities that you mentioned here when those are completed yeah so they will be really released and in the subsequent releases so for example we're releasing this this Manimal variable product you know in 11 in the release 11:30 the one in October and they'll really is 11:31 that's where we will be providing more accessibility support and hopefully some of the other feature we don't we we cannot commit to date yet we're really working in the finalizing that those timelines but you should see them for sure by the by the by q1 2020 next year like I said it's really the next release the next feature that we'll be tackling in the next release so the minute they are available they will be part of their future releases it we're not waiting for another block it's not we're not waiting for a big block of features the the new feature will come along with each releases I don't know if it's that clear also that was clear if not you can you can ask the question again there's another question here has a time for being logged in being extended at times out quickly that's a good question I wouldn't have the answer now so we can take it away when we'll be sending out your slides so we can review again yeah so actually um after this session is done in the coming days once we send the the recording of heaven patience so you can play it back and refer back to it time out so it is comfortable in the account so if you wish to be longer there's a way to configure it at the account level some of the that they have to go through supporter they can do it themselves yeah they we need to go through support and support for them and to the area what is in Auto field person just wants clarification on that an auto field yeah the autofill is the example when you want the name of the recipient when you're in the designer you can add the name of the recipient that they click to sign the clicked initial so it's anything basically that the customer doesn't need to fill in it provide the information automatically are all these feature is going to be available on the on the mobile experience right away I don't know if you're referring to the post MVP features or maybe on oh let you answer to that yeah I'll make sure to be clear on that so we do have a native app so I'm gonna tackle both we have a native app that you can download on an example the Apple Store or anything so the new site experience will not be part of the nave it needed about but we add what we before with the classic sighing experience what you had is it is a different application for when you were on your web browser on your desk up and on your mobile now it just one it will adapt to whatever device you have so so basically the device you use is is agnostic of what we support basically so with regardless of the device you use the new sighing experience will be triggered you know so there's no dependency on what device you're using so a user that would use if you move your account with the new sighing experience the user could you know start the process on his desktop and move to the is a cellphone and it would be exactly the same experience um what if the client does not want to find the consent form are there any other further instructions that that we can provide to to the client so let's say they they declined the consent form what happens next is or like does it just stop the signing ceremony is or is there something that is here asking them why they're not accepting the consent or declining it so I will go with so let's get going my email I'll be able to demand demonstrate the flow there because we had a similar question in the past so I'll be able to show that the decline I'm gonna stop sharing for just a couple of seconds I'm gonna go launch the demo again and then I'll be able to show the whole decline flow bear with me I'm getting there all right I'm gonna go back to sharing my screen so the line can you see my screen here yep I can see it perfect so the decline is really in the more action menu on the right corner here so if I go there that's why I have the ability to decline to sign if I click on this that's where you can provide when you're gonna configure your account that's where you can provide the decline you reason you want there so let's say for example I'm not agreeing with with signing this document or this transaction I'm going to use the client reason 1 and then click on decline and then it's it's gonna give you it's gonna trigger your n over UIL basically and over URL that you can figure into the decline ok we have another question here so this is another anticipated feature when would the enterprise admin module be available and just to answer sorry so in this demo I just want to cut seen in this demo we didn't show ya but there was a decline page also that can be configured so I'm sorry we didn't plan this for demo but transferred they the other question that we add on the decline thing there's a configurable decline pledge of the customer can configure so that when the customer decline is been aligned on that page and the content of that page can become here so the next question was done it was about enterprise admin and we're just being asked when when is that going to be available we don't have any date you have to provide so and it's a really a separate project so the only thing what s is there is the parameter may be a role map a communication assume that would be sent to customer I which I would just keep looking at this and then yeah in order to being updated on that one um is there a Help button or help feature in the new dining experience not yet so it's something we do plan to do in the future because we remove the document description feature you know we are in mind to the ability to provide some kind of feel that would be exactly what you just mentioned some kind of El button that could be configure input throughout the documents but this will probably come after we've achieved feature parity so going back going back to the to the logout timing question that was asked earlier this is being asked where that option to configure the and the timing of the logout the timeout the logging out they really need to contact support and support can configure that for customer and their account there's no cell circuit acity a to to configure it is this this functionality a couple of more questions we have another one in in classic there's an arrow leader tune to the next shiny field so persons referring to the to the signature navigator I didn't pick up on that and the demo in book life holds a full scroll was required to to jump to the signature block so if you can just comment on that yeah that's that's a good I so the signature navigator is not yet deployed it should have been at the list of the next thing that will be it's delivered for the feature parity so anq tied you should see that in the next few releases added to the new sign experience the Challenger is really to make it accessible really fully accessible so that that's why we make is they make us take a bit more time to deliver but you know any IDE will see it soon when will the native app be updated to include the new sign Orion we have not we don't have any plan yet to do this to do this so firstly I don't have any timeline or anything to share on that front it's something we're looking at in the future if we got to move the new sign experience on the native app or not so this last question is speaking to the to the slide where you're covering what the features that are not included in the MVP release of the new signer Astraeus the person's asking the mean that if we do an in-person signing while on the new signers experience the signing ceremony will been bounced back to the classic tiny experience so person just wanted confirmation on that Joe that's correct I think that's it for questions I don't see anything else coming in but I'll give everyone a chance to submit any other last questions that they need to get a little bit of claim all right oh ok one last question squeezed in how was it decided which features did it make it into the MVP how does the customer get involved in beta so it was further beta itself it was an invitation sent to a pool of customers it's a section for us we do good work we're closely with our cells colleagues to reach out to customer and understand you know we should deliver the better and then drought the better and then drought different discussion also Natalie with better itself but through our multiple discussion that we have with our salespeople and with our customer that's how we do their prioritization it's not always easy there's there's a different you know or from people that require different features but we really tried to aim for volume here so it's really making sure that in the VP we have the future let's post that support most of the use case in terms of volume and I can said earlier the the minimal valuable products of the go to market strategy to go earlier without a full set of feature it is really also to allow customer to start testing and play with the application as we release the features and their subsequent releases okay when you mean 2020 q1 is a calendar year 2020 not the fiscal year correct for when I mentioned that for the next for example for capture signature the next priorities yes it's the income yeah so yeah absolutely yeah and we have one last question if you don't convert to the new experience today and you make adjustments and the classic tiny experience will will those changes convert over to the new signer experience or do they need to be reconfigured again so that's a good questions if for example we absolutely need to do an enhancement in the classic sign so me we might have some case where it happens it always depends we need to evaluate if it affects the new sign experience or not if it does yes those change will be ported to the new sign experience but I think it's really a case by cases and then then that that matters so but yes I mean most of the time if something is an enzyme that classic and it also an announcement on the new sign here inside they will be both ends at the same time but like I said earlier we move most likely not you know ship important announcement or new feature and the classic sign experience we will honor one our customer to move towards the new sighing experience and in the few few quarters so the person was saying not not enhancement but if they're making user considerations let's say on classic will that port over to the new signers so I mean yes and no so there's different resources now that are available in the user experience but everything that is not affected by the new sign experience will be ported to the new signing experience so absolutely will keep any feature or resources or configuration that are not affected by the new sign experience a good example that's something that's affected is the thank you dialog so in the classic sign experience you have a thank you dialog page it's really specific resource so in order to migrate to the new sign experience you will need to provide a new resource for that resource but anything that has not been changed in the new sign experience we will keep those configurations that's right just another question on top of that question is from the same person and does this include branding so let's say they're making branding changes on classic right now would they have to redo the whole thing moving to the new signer experience or will that sport over into the new signers they're in I would say most of it in terms of their branding because it's one of the strengths of the new sign experience it's really a fully customizable branding for example the branding bar is it's not existing and you're saying Spencer yes unfortunately most of the branding that will be done on the classic will mean it will need to be reviewed in the new sign experience and and this is done this is done really true that migration form that is picked up earlier that's where we asks for customer to provide the new research and make sure that they understand what's required and what is left out when they migrate to the new science perience perfect we have two questions left will there be other file types that will be supported in the new environment so if they for example Excel or other file type yep so it's an enhancement that we were tracking it's something that we're looking at maybe as an the future announcement it will not be part of the future priority set but something we're looking into in the future I know we have some some cases and then some customers I've been asking for that but it won't be part of the new slang experience feature Paradiso we have one last question is there any time to be able to add the evidence summary to each document in a signing ceremony instead of just one of the entire ceremony so more precisely I guess it would be the the you would want the awareness that there's already evidence I mean to be available in the active transaction that is not completed I think I think that's what I understand I know we had some requests for this I guess what we wanted to go and is really at the bottom of the the knee there is it to have more reporting capacity from a standard perspective do we one that you witness to be available throughout the transaction because we want to know the status more and more detail status on the transaction if it's the case may be that the evidence summary is not the ultimate solution to go there so I'll be engaging in all different customer and please if you want to provide more details throughout an enhancement request on what why we require it please submit it and then we can look at it I mean we've got another question that was squeezed in attachments and delegate signing are important in many of our workflows can you verify that in the new signer experience sorry the link can you repeat the last part of the question yeah so attachments and delegate signing are important and many of this person's workflows that their organization so can can you verify again in new tires brands it is like I said that we it is not available yet so it will be you know I mean if the customer that has the question wanted to be prioritized please reach out to cells or myself and and then we can see how can be prioritized in the next feature and the next releases perfect all the questions unless anyone else had any of other questions - to submit to us just give them a couple of seconds to see if there are any last-minute questions alright so I think I'm gonna end it here we've reached almost the top of the hour for our webcast and we'll just end it here at this point I just want to thank you yen for providing the details and the in-depth demo to all of us in the new signer experience and thank you to everyone for your participation in today's webcast but a lot of amazing questions from you and hopefully those those were answered by yen on so just an FYI we'll be providing a link to this presentation in the coming days for your reference or if you want to forward it on to your colleagues who couldn't attend today's webcast thanks again everyone for your time and enjoy the rest of your day Thank You Lenny thank you everyone thank you thanks
