Print signature service zip code

hey guys what's up today i'm going to share with you guys the sign oh i think that's a sign hold on hello i guess that wasn't a signing today i'm going to go over the signing services that i personally go through um i know there's tons and tons of lists of signing services and you should utilize those lists um i think i actually have one of the bookmarks so maybe i'll add the link below in the description um i'm i also need to diversify um by signing up with all these other signing services i'm just kind of stuck to these ones for now because i was going direct to ask for officers so but still it's good to have all these options so uh sign up with as many as you can but these ones right here are my top favorite um they just they're easy to work with um oh for the most part actually i take that back not all of them are but yeah let me go through these aren't in any particular order so let's get into it so snapdocs was the first signing service that i ever signed up with and i did this um while i was still taking the course because i wanted to make sure that my foot was already in the door and you know i was already gonna start getting signings as soon as i finished the course as soon as i felt ready i could just jump on a signing and i highly recommend this so that you know you're ready and you're able to just go for it once you're done and you feel confident so um snap snapdocs usually offers me 75 dollars per signing and i think that's the average uh offer that they send most most people and i usually counter are usually 95 of the time i counter offer it there is there are those rare occasions where you get 125 for a signing or like 150 a sign very very rare and those will happen usually by the end of the month because they just need somebody to sign like immediately so my best advice is to never take that lowball offer because you know as i'm talking to you guys you know this is our community and i want to share with you guys that you know we shouldn't be taking below value for our work you know it's not it's not fair that we're doing all this work and they're trying to give us 75 dollars from a 150 150 signing that doesn't make any sense when we're we're the ones doing most of the work so i always feel gypped when i look at the node roofie in the signing on the closing disclosure and it says like 150 or 180 or sometimes 200 and i'm only getting like 100. that doesn't sit right with me and it shouldn't with you either so don't take those low ball offers um of course unless maybe this is your first signing and you have to get your phone in the door okay do it but as a community you know our market we need to keep our market stable by setting those prices at you know a reasonable rate so always counter offer that's my biggest advice so with snapdocs um i truly enjoy the interface it's just so easy to navigate i truly enjoy how easy it is as a user to just quickly switch through the website and you know my eyes are just easily follow everything on the page that's not the case with other signing services i don't think this is a really big deal but this is why i prefer snapdocs and um it's easy to counter offer so as soon as well i opted in to get text message notifications you could also do email but text just gets to me faster so i as soon as i get a text um it'll say the location and the time of the signing usually a zip code or the city that it's in but for los angeles that's pretty big so i always google the zip code and then i go ahead and click the link and then it tells me accept signing or no do not accept signings so i usually click no because that's how i counter offer and then as soon as i hit no it will have a list of reasons why i'm saying no so it could be um i don't do signings anymore i'm just not available at this time and then when you choose that you're not available at that time it'll ask you what time are you available and then you can put that in and then counter offer or uh just accept or submit that so um there's also an option to say that the fee is too low or that location is too far so if the location is far from me i will click that one and then i'll put in the new offer that i'm requesting so if it's at 75 dollars and if it's you have the time that's right too because for example if it's the beginning of the month and i'm getting an offer for 75 i'm gonna do it i'm gonna counter offer maybe like 115 120 because i know that other people are going to take the signing too so it's better to go in a lower rate just around the beginning but towards the end of the month go ahead and counter offer 150. that's what i was doing and most of the signs i got the last two weeks of december were 150 140 even i think i got one for 175 um so average was like yeah 150 which is really good for snapdog so um always always counter offer um average rate i get i would say is about 130 last two weeks um of course i was getting 150 but averaging that it is a little bit lower because towards the getting a month i'll get signs for like 100 110 usually 110 i try not to go too low but that's usually what i get from them i'm not sure how exactly um snapdocs works because i believe there's other signing companies that send them signings to higher notaries that's what it seems like to me because most of the signs that i get come from coast to coast signings um i do that might be a division of snapdocs i'm not completely sure but the whatever signing service um goes through snapdocs they're going to have a different pay time so for example for example coast to coast does net 30 days out so you're going to hear this a lot in the industry most companies pay net 30 days out that means that it can come before 30 days um usually it doesn't come i mean i've had signs or my paychecks come like after 30 days but not 30 days you know give or take 30 days so um just be prepared for that you know make sure you have enough sage if you're just starting out because 30 days is a long time so and sampdox really does kind of take a while to pay those 30 days so just be on the lookout for that the next signing service that i started to go through was notary go and i can't remember how i found out on this one it was probably from the facebook group um i'm i'm in a couple of facebook groups and that has definitely really helped me navigate this and i highly recommend joining one as well because you're going to find the most from your commun community in those networks so do that but notary go was the next one i signed up with and uh again their interface it isn't as like techy um i think snapdogs their headquarters are in san francisco so it has that very just like i don't know just that new internet wave of like design and stuff like that so notary goat feels a little slightly outdated but it's not horrible again i get the same thing i get a text from them i can choose if i want to do the signing or not and it'll ask me like if i want to counter offer i think similar i'm getting them confused but i think they do have a similar um thing to snapdocs where it says like location too far or can't sign today and i always counter offer again you need to counter offer most of the time they send offers for sixty dollars and that is horrible that's not good that's what i took for my first signing and i'll never ever do that again like 140 pages for 60 is not worth it that's not not a good rate so i always counter offer them for about 120 i'd say the average i do end up getting is 120. um sometimes i'll get 130. 150 is very very rare for notre ego with notary go i've seen this more so with this company than other ones they also do a lot of helocs and id proofing i didn't know what id proofing was until i took one with them and id proofing is really just uh verifying their identity for their employer i believe that's what it's for those are like 10 pages 10 13 pages so i did one of those and super easy fast i think i got paid 60 dollars for it maybe 75 or actually i think it was 80. sorry i keep changing it up but i think it was 80. and that was really simple i don't really see that on snapdocs or other signing services so you know it's a quick easy signing to do and they also do a lot of helocs i don't really see that too often um with snapdocs so he locks our home equity line of credit and those pages are like i think 50 pages which is half the amount of a usual refinance or loan signing so i i'll glad i gladly take those i actually had two of those i had one yesterday one today super fast yesterday took me 15 minutes and i made 90 off of that one for that one i'll take under 100 because it's such an easy signing and it's literally half the amount of pages so it only makes sense so 15 minutes 90 good and then i had a signing today that was a hundred dollars and that was the same thing he locked 50 pages super easy and now the average pay time for notary go is net 30 days you're gonna see this pretty often with everybody else same thing you'll get your check give or take 30 days oh also i want to add in that also snapdocs does this as well you get an e-check so they send you a link to a website i don't know what it's called i think it's called deluxe deluxe something and you get an email with a check and you can either you can get a direct deposit into your account but they're gonna take five percent um same thing is they can pay pallet to you again they're cutting a fee don't do that like that is i think that's bs like they're taking some of your money just to transfer it in i mean i understand if you can't physically go to the bank um but i i always print my checks and for some reason my i deposit or i bank their chase and cha chase whenever i do the check you know the check thing um the deposit check over my phone i can't do it over my phone because it can't read it i think because it's coming from just regular copy paper so i always have to manually go check or cash those at the bank my banks aren't open i live in la and you know it's hitting us the hardest right now the pandemic so i just manually i put it in the atm luckily it works and to keep track of those for taxes i've been taking um i've been printing two two of them at once because the atm was gonna eat my checks so like i was also getting the receipts where it showed the check on the receipt but i was like yeah i don't know this is really good for tax purposes so i'm just gonna make a copy and you should do the same because you want to have copies of your checks the next signing service that i use is signature closers and they're actually really good i think this is the one that um yeah this i believe this one is actually my favorite so they usually actually they have an app it's called signing catch and it's just so easy to navigate as well i actually prefer this one over snapdocs because it is it's the app so i mean there's nothing on there i don't know if you can see that um there's nothing currently on there because there are no signings but i usually get do i get texted i usually get emailed um oh no i get text and email about notifications for assigning again i'll have the zip code and the time and then if it's still available i think the app is a little bit slower so sometimes i'll get a notification from the app and it'll pop up and you can click on it and it's just so easy to use i love it and it'll ask you why you can't take the signing if you don't want to take it and again counter offer always always counter offer signature closers is really good about my counter offers i'm able to counter offer like all the time and get a good rate i'm saying my average pay from them is 150 because i can counter offer like and this is like the middle of the month too it's not usually i mean towards the end of course you're always going to get the highest amount but um yeah towards the middle of the month i'll counter offer like for 175 180 and sometimes it'll take it like i i had a signing um maybe like the middle of december last month and i got 180 for assigning a simple refinance and it was easy and i've also got an assigning for 200 which is amazing because that's usually just the whole cost of the notary fee and usually the signing service is taking a cut from that so i got the full 200 which is really really good like that is so uncommon um so always always high ball you're gonna more than likely you're gonna get the rate if not they'll contact you um i mean maybe don't don't hide paul if you're not in that position to lose a signing again be reasonable if you have to so it's all up to you signature closers is also really good about paying so they do pay you from say okay december you know i had all my signings they'll pay you um a month later for all those signings say i did all my signs for december in january i think maybe towards the middle of the month i'll get a check for all the signings that i did in december not net 30 from that one signing that i did it comes all at once which i really like because everything's added up so my first check from them a few weeks ago i just got one whole chat for like over a thousand dollars and it felt so good because usually my signing or my paychecks come for like 300 175 150 so that felt really good and yeah overall signature posters is a really good i keep thinking that it's they're so the names are so close i want to make sure i'm actually saying the right name but yes it's signature closers and i think they are my by far favorite favorite signing service then we have loan closers so loan closers i think they're a little bit smaller um i don't know if they're just in california to me it seems like that but that might not be true just check it out they actually called me one time and i think that's how i got a signing and that was for 120 which is okay it's decent so the only issue i have with them is that you have to manually send send in an invoice and you know that can be time consuming when you have so many other signings and it's assigning service so you want things to be automated because that's why we're using them right is to get the contacts and for everything just to be smooth um because if i if i have to send an invoice i'm just going to work straight with the astro or title but it just complicates things a little bit because you have to keep track of that one as well but loan closers feel slightly outdated to me as well the interface it just feels like a mid-2000s kind of vibe so um it's okay not my favorite but again i've only done one signing with them so i'd go ahead and check them out if i were you you know again sign up for anything that you can just get your hands into every little signing service and we have amroth i feel like amrock is a pretty huge company i feel like i've definitely heard of amarok even before i started signing so i'd say very reputable um they do work with chase so the signs that i've gotten from them are usually from chase for amrock i was actually called and recruited to sign with them so they're um i think you can apply to sign with them i don't know if you have to get recruited like if they have to actually reach out to you so i randomly got a call one time and they asked hey we're sure on notaries can you sign for us and i said yes um and then i had to send a resume um or was it a resume some science services do ask for resumes which i think is very odd they ask you for your eno insurance all that stuff how many signings you've done how many years you've been doing it um you know you have the a lot of these signing services you do need to sign like a waiver and all that but amarok's process felt a little more uh tedious to me but i sent in my my rates and then they counter offered and then i counter offered again and they were really trying to lowball me like 75 per signing and that was it and you can't really negotiate with them after you've locked in your specific rates to work with them so it's kind of hard definitely always try to like get over a hundred because right now i i signed up with them for like 105 that's how much i get for the signings for signings with them and i can sometimes negotiate with them but that's only if they call me and i have them on the phone and i'm like hey can we just do the signing for another 20 because it's this far like i have to wait another couple minutes or hours for the documents so that's happened to me before and i was able to negotiate a higher rate but keep in mind that you are locked in and they do try to hold you to that so don't take anything under 100 for them because it's not that's not worth it the good thing about amrock though is that they do do direct payments so that's really nice and they pay about two weeks out i believe every other week bi-weekly so that's i mean i did a signing for them three weeks ago and then i got i got paid like two weeks later so that and it went straight to my bank account i really appreciated that so that's a good thing if you need the money a little bit faster and they also have an app i really do enjoy their interface as well um yeah it's pretty easy to navigate the only thing with them um you can't click on the signing again once it's closed like you can't check on it and sometimes that might be a little hard if you're keeping track of your signings on like notary gadget or for tax purposes so as soon as you get the signing you need to like write it down and write all the information put it in your notary gadget or your notes whatever you do so that's one thing to keep in mind with hamrock all right and then we have field choice i can't remember how i found them i might have found them through one of the lists that i found online but they usually send me offers for 75 which really is not a lot again but with them i don't know why it's just their interface you can't really counter offer you can send a message it asks to accept signing or send message and i always send a message asking can i counter offer for like this much and they rarely get back to me i don't think they're i don't know if they see it i don't know what's going on but they don't they'd never take my counter offers um unless again i'm on the phone with them that's the best way to get a counter offer with somebody um with these signing services they do pay net 30 days out so again same situation as most signing services i believe i've only signed with them once and they did call me for a signing and i asked them can we do 180 and they said yeah so that i did get lucky then because again from 75 to 180 that's a lot so um you're worth more you know just keep that in mind when you encounter an offering and don't be scared i've only done one signing with them so far so great they're a good signing service uh definitely recommend checking them out not my favorite but still good all right and then we have signing order i don't remember how i signed up with them again i guess it was on the list um sometimes i'll randomly get texts and emails and i'm like oh i don't remember signing up with them but hey it's a signing so signing order um the signing order usually sends me signings within my same zip code so that's always my favorite because it's i've done signings with them that end up being literally down the street for me so like three minute drive um i don't walk because there's a lot of hills here so don't judge me again they always low ball offers 75 to 85 i have a hard time counter offering with them but again um i don't i don't remember how i count on offer with them i can't picture their website right now but i think they also have like a send message um or they usually call me i can't remember which one it is but the highest i've done a few signs of them and the highest i've gotten paid was 240 dollars i think that's the highest i've ever been paid for assigning oh no i take that back i've had 300 but uh for a signing service for a quick claim deed that was only 30 pages and i got 240 for it super easy and yeah that was that was such a i didn't even have to counter off for that one they just sent it to me right away and as soon as i saw that fee of 240 i i clicked accept right away i was like that's mine signings signing order is a really good company again their website their interfaces to me feels a little outdated as well but it still works so i definitely recommend signing up with them as well and that is it for all the signing services that i go through again i feel like that's not as much as maybe other signing agents go through uh because i was going direct through escrow and i'm trying to go direct through title i was kind of just focusing more on that and that's why i just stopped at these signing services but again since it's the beginning of the month i'm going to sign up with a few more just to you know um have my hands in all these different pots and see what i can get from each of them those are the ones that i go through and don't doubt signing services i know i always hype up ask going to escrow going direct but you can truly get a lot from them and i believe last month i got most of my signings from them from all these signing services so you know don't forget about them because i i see people making a lot of money just on signing services you know build your relationships with them as well it actually works so i think that's it for today and again if you have any other ideas please leave them below i know a lot of you guys are asking about taxes again i told you about that i still need to talk to somebody and i'll get back to you guys about that and that's it for today i gotta go because my food is boiling and it's been an hour bye
