hi and welcome students this tutorial is going to be in Microsoft Word 2016 and today I'm going to show you how to print onto an envelope so you'll see that I have an envelope right here I'm basically going to create a Microsoft Word document that shows the return address and the to address right there so it's pretty easy to do let's go ahead and get started so you can see that I've opened up a Microsoft Word blank document right here you could do that by going to file new and just opening up a blank Word document you don't need any type of settings or anything else any other templates this one will work just fine and so if you go to mailings right here this the mailings tab up here you click on that and then you need to go to the create group and right over here there's a button for envelopes and you're sending mail you'll need to create an envelope so here we go we're gonna click on envelopes now it's important that you get these two addresses right here correct you can see right here it says envelopes and it says delivery address this is the person that you are delivering to so first thing that you need to type in here is the person's name in this case I'm going to put Alexis Gomez and then you'll press ENTER to go down to the next line and you'll fill in the person's street address so I put her street address right there and then finally you name you need the city right here which is Wilmington and then a comma and then a space and then the abbreviation for the state and then this zip code for the state all right after that you're going to need to need to decide if you want to put a return address on there and the return address is in the preview it's right down here in the top left and you can see that basically this is the return address this is the to address and then up in the top right is the stamp and so if I put the return address here I'll just go ahead and type my name in there and then I'll make up a street address and I'll type out Street for this and then I'll make up the same city all right so we've gone ahead and filled out all the sections that we needed for this envelope now what we need to do is right here in the preview you can see this is the way the envelope is set up and then in the feed you could see how you need to feed this into your printer so in this case you could see the return address is right there the mailing address is right there and the stamp is right there this is a good way to figure out how to put...
