so let's run over elise and let me explain to you guys how to fill this out pretty quick and this will be for just in case in a rare occasion that say one of the management members didn't fill it out fully and they type out all the information but let's say you just needed to print one and fill it out because someone already paid all their rent on cozy they paid their deposit they paid everything and they're there for the keys yet they haven't done a lease yet so you just have to do their lease there and then here's what you would do you would fill it out right you'd fill out all the blank spaces who they are the day they're doing the lease and they would need a sign on the tenant space they would initial every single page for this lease this is an easy one but you just put the day that you're they're getting the least start in the year how long the year is right but they need to initial every page so every page get it gets initialed over here you have to write in their information address for notice and then over here this is for one of the girls to do so as long as they're a notary they can do this and they'll seal it as they watch the person sign it and then the tenant would sign and then whoever owns the property so say if it's nick who owns the property nick would come and sign it if it's a partnership so let's say maybe nick brittany and casey have a property together any of the three can sign it um let's say david and laredo is doing one of his and we're just doing the lease form or whatnot you know that david would have to sign this whoever owns the property or one of the partners in the ownership of the property would have to sign on the landlord side so if that's not you make sure you call whoever and get them to sign it too but the notary is sectioned out for a notary so make sure that you guys have one of the girls there with their stamps and they can see that person physically sign it this is a big deal because it helps us in in the rare occasion that someone you know needs to get evicted or whatnot that's a big help in having it notarized and signed and all that good stuff so leases are not too hard to do they're just tedious sometimes so make sure you do study the leases if you are you know shadowing some of the people just to get experience with us or whatnot and in the rare occasion that our management team doesn't do the lease with them and you need to print one out and sign it this is how you would do it
