hey there this is crystal and we're creating radio buttons in Microsoft Word if you want a survey for people and those little radio buttons where they can just click on it and they can give you their survey information yes you can create it in Microsoft Word you do need to add another tab in Word so you can get those options available for you so here I am in Microsoft Word and of course in the ribbon I have my standard tabs I have the Developer tab all the way here at the end which has a lot of advanced features in Microsoft Word to actually add the Developer tab if I go to the backstage view if I click on file and then I go to options in the customize ribbon on the customize ribbon the ribbon area over here I just make sure that this Developer tab is checked and it immediately gets added to the ribbon in Microsoft Word I don't have to close word just check it off and it gets added immediately so here in my Developer tab in this controls group here are all the features that I like to add in word here's a little checkbox right here so I make sure that I have my cursor in the location where I like that little button so I click right here and just click right on the icon looks pretty good but I want to add some features so I make sure that I have that checkbox selected and then I go right to the properties area here's control properties I can give a specific title so people know when they actually hover over it they'll see some information and I can even have a tag available I always like this option here content control cannot be deleted that little radio button is a Content control I don't want it to be deleted but I do want it to be edited so I'm going to leave that blank as soon as I click okay there's my little box to actually to actually test it if I just hover my mouse over it and I just click once right on it I can continue to add these buttons to these other areas here and then once I send this out my survey is complete so that's adding radio buttons in Microsoft Word for a great survey this is Crystal see you soon
