Our flagship property here in Milan is the TownHouse Doumo Hotel, which is located right in Doumo Square. It's the only five-star hotel in Doumo square with 14 rooms which of eight are suites with a private balcony facing Duomo Square and the cathedral itself. My name is Alec Malin. I work here in Milan at the corporate offices at the TownHouse hotels. I take care of the marketing and the digital communication for the Group. The view from here is very unique. It's one of the most iconic views you will get in Milan. We are facing directly Duomo Square and the Duomo Cathedral which is an amazing piece of architecture and history here. It's also the fashion capital of Europe pretty much and we are really proud of it. So arts history culture and also fashion is part of the city and its actually suitable for every kind of tourist coming from every part of the world. There is an interesting view not only behind me but also in front of me. There is a really peculiar installation from Makr Shar. It's a robotic bar basically which is able to serve drinks and cocktails to the guests who want to try it and it's really an authentic piece of technology. We started in 2013 with the very first idea and concept of a robotic bar. My name is Alessandro Incisa, I am CTO of Makr Shakr and I'm responsible for the development and engineering of the products. We started with the model that is now on board of Caribbean vessels and in August of last year we launched the third iteration of the Makr Shar product. The ordering process works in a very simple way, it's very intuitive. Users can download an application on their smartphone and they can use the application to either pick from the menu but also customize, create and mix and match ingredients exactly as they want it. The drink combination is almost infinite and you can really combine any ingredient that you want. You can mix a vodka with rum or whiskey if you want to. Now what we have done in the Maker Shakr product is that we humanized the robo-motion, we actually work with a world-famous, world-class choreographer just to develop the human-like motion that the robot has right now. For the end,coming to the bar they are totally mesmerized looking at the robot. We started our collaboration with KUKA at the beginning of the development of the Makr Shakr. KUKA was originally chosen because it was the most I would say stylish robot on the market. I mean we needed a robot that had to be reliable and fast but also have like very controllable programming, so KUKA kind of combines all of this quality but at the same time it was also a very iconic element of the industrial world.If you think about Jeremy Rifkin's Third Industrial Revolution, he talks about how the robot can move out of the factory and into the human lives empowering people to create their own objects. The KUKA robot was the icon that actually represented the same evolution pattern, so we really wanted to have like the big orange arm and like a very stylish robot so this is why we chose KUKA.
