What is the difference between an electronic signature and a digital signature?
The most important thing to note is that both electronic signatures and digital signatures are legally-binding. For inserting an electronic signature, a signer only needs to add a symbol and indicate their intent to sign. While to digitally sign, a signer needs a digital key that confirms their identity.
