do it but i really want to inform you first before dive anywhere else is that yes you can do this and it's completely possible for you to make money online even if it's just your first dollar really that first dollar just is there to validate like hey this actually works all right so the way that i want to show you how to make your first dollar for 500 000 a month online is through a service how i like to look at it i like to look for a service that provides a value to a business if i have a service that really provides value to like a customer or like a general consumer most cases it's not nearly as valuable we need to look at some of the ways that you can actually make money online using a service to dive into some of the first and my favorite skills if i was to get started whenever it comes to making money online are social media marketing then we have sort of graphic design and editing and then we also have paid advertising now i have a few other ones that i'll list here below but if you just focus on these top three at least to give you your a direction and get that mind turning all of these skills do not require being in front of the business or the person you don't have to go to their location and provide that service and what's amazing about that is that you can connect with anybody in the world online and say hey i see that you need help doing xyz and i know that i can do this here's my proof of work here's what i'm worth in return for helping you grow your business in this way if i was to just get started into making money online and it was a whole open landscape for me what i would first want to do is focus on the buyer that's right i don't want to focus on necessarily which skill i need to invest all my time money and energy into i first want to find what people are actually looking for because if i just go and say i'm going to do xyz skill and then i can't find anybody that could pay me for all this time i just put into learning a skill then it's not valuable to start what i always recommend doing is find a place that actually puts a bunch of your potential buyers in front of you and trying to look at what they're looking for personally i love sort of facebook groups facebook groups is a great way for you to get started and i'll even maybe show you a little bit of a screen here of like hey this is how i would you know go on there look for what people are asking for or need help with or what people are hiring for in a specific space a really great place to start if you have no idea is look at like an example like a real estate group online if you go into sort of real estate like facebook groups you always find businesses saying hey i need help with videography editing or touch-ups on these photos or marketing my business etc and that allows you to immediately get an idea of oh real estate companies need help doing x y and z and i have an interest in doing something along those topic on that topic of x y and z so once you've understood your buyer then you want to take that next step and then start looking at how much money can you actually make like so what's the inherent value of your product or service now there's a bunch of different places and ways you can go ahead and start looking at what should you even be charging or how much this product or service is worth a few really easy ways for you to get started really simple one for you to look at really on the low end of the spectrum is fiverr now i think fiber is an okay source to start with but most of the time these people are on the very very low end and they're really going to be hard to compete with because they're just charging five bucks 10 bucks 20 bucks to do a service you're going to be looking for something where you can make you know 250 500 1 000 or more per engagement or transaction or at least within the month you're averaging that per customer so another way for you to look at this is really looking at other places like upwork or other freelancing based websites and then a really good way to get an idea of what you can charge is actually to look for bigger companies so established companies in a space say you're looking at companies that help real estate businesses grow their business online through social media management so you can search social media management real estate companies or social media management for real estate companies and find a list of people that are actively trying to provide a service to them now once you've done that you're able to just start reaching out to them play as if you're a real estate company and try to go through that process hear what they're saying hear what they're trying to call out so that'll actually give you unique ideas as to what are real estate companies core pain points and then you also be able to try to get an idea of what their pricing is what they're valuing their service at and you can find a balancing point between maybe what they're offering is 2 000 a month and you realize you can't do all of what they're offering but then you also know you can at least do what this person upwork or fiber is doing so you can maybe be in between all right so now that you've identified the people that you're looking for and you've identified sort of the services that they're looking for and then you've identified the kind of income that you can make or your opportunity within a specific type of service and so now it's time for you to learn the skill learning a skill is it's a unique process if you haven't done it before but i can guarantee you that doing it online nowadays is so much easier you have people that have you know specialty courses you know from like youtubers or influencers which are sometimes good sometimes bad but then you also have tons of free content between google and youtube and then if you're willing to put in just a few boxes you can focus on places that like skillshare and udemy there's tons and tons of different platforms that you can go to nowadays where you can learn a skill without having to have invested thousands of dollars and in fact honestly if you even invested a thousand dollars on a skill and it helps you make a thousand dollars or more back totally think it's worth doing because that could be a lifelong skill those are the key ways that i always recommend going through and doing it once you've got some time under your belt focusing on a skill ideally you've got some certifications guarantee you there's a certification out there for just about every single skill that you can think of i recommend saying put around at least 30 solid hours of undisrupted time into your skill by this point you'll at least have sort of that beginner novice potentially intermediate level of understanding so that way when you're talking to a potential customer or just somebody about what you do you can actually speak confidently about your product or service and then they can feel comfortable knowing that what you're talking about that you actually can do and do it well great so now that you've already sort of developed your skill you've invested a bunch of time into this new method for making money online now you're gonna go and go back to where you started and you're gonna start re-engaging with people online to start getting your first buyers now i'm sure this probably is a little bit daunting for you so i want to go ahead and provide a few screenshots of some initial messages and templates you can stop the screen i want to provide you some templates maybe as to how you can get that conversation started now these are all about trying to not be salesy pushy but allow you to have an authentic conversation with somebody with the intention of providing a value-first relationship people now a call isn't necessarily needed but if you can have an established relationship with this person have them hear your voice you hear theirs maybe you guys are videos sharing um through a platform like zoom you have that unique opportunity to build a lot more trust than all of the other people that are just trying to push a service to them so once you've done that you want to have outlined the services that you can provide for them by listening to what they actually need and then provide it to them in sort of a proposal i'll link down below one of my favorite tools for really setting up proposals and you can invest into that and it just makes your presentation much easier and allows you to get your point across and look really put together all right so now that you've found somebody that wants your service and you've had a call with them you've built up all that trust and now you're at that final stage where you've presented your proposal maybe they said yes now it's for time for you to actually start getting that money from them and so you can start that whole process so there's a bunch of different tools out there that you can use i want to also link down below one of the ones that i use when i got started they do have a small fee whenever it comes to transaction like managing your transactions but beneficially there's no monthly cost so it's free to
