hello and today I wanted to cover some of the questions I've gotten in the forum box and one of the questions that come up a couple of times is about email signatures so most people know how to add signatures and that is if we go to a new email and we click down here we can insert a signature right here and so the question became how can we do this in our concourse because if I go to the concourse right now and I've opened it up in this box when I go to signature it doesn't have any of the standard signatures I have my sea of GG laptop or your CF GG desktop so today I'm going to show you how to backup and restore your signatures alright so the first thing is we want to go to where our signatures are working until it's working here on my CF GG laptop and so go ahead the first thing is to back up our signatures many people have more than one signature bass so let me show you where those are stored the easiest way to get to them is to click on the file tab and now from file we're going to go down to options ok now we have our options tab open here we're going to click on mail which is the second option here and now we're going to go to signatures but before we click on it this is actually holding down control and left clicking opens up the explorer window here where r c of GG signatures are stored so the first thing we want to do is back these up and so i am going to take a copy of these files so i've highlighted to them i can right click and click on copy and for simplicity I am just going to save them here to my desktop and show you how that is done and so these are the files that come with my sea of GG signature you will notice that there are three of them there and there's also going to be a file folder okay so i would recommend that you save these to your onedrive and if you're not familiar with onedrive yet then save them to a spot on the j drive and i will show you later how to to use onedrive but for right now we just want to save a copy of these and because i did a copy and paste this is still in what's called the computer's clipboard which means i can paste this over again so i'm going to go back to my concourse and will notice here once again that if i click on signature there's no signatures here so i'm going to do the same process here i'm going to click on file tab I'm going to go down two options and then from here the second one on here is male and...
