hello guys rohit singhal here today i am going to give you a walkthrough of campaigns and recover here is how you navigate to campaigns you will see a list of campaigns created by you here we'll just add a new one name with the campaign this is just for your reference it won't be visible to your users this is whether you want to activate the campaign or not here you'll see the list of products that you have in stripe so you can send the campaign for a single product or all the products or multiple products if you want to now events even new event is for new payments subscription is for renewal of payments renewal of your subscriptions basically will hit save now let's configure the emails for the campaign your payment failed we'll have a heading with the same subject and text you can choose from multiple placeholders add a button which will have the link to check out you can configure the email more like maybe if you want transparent background that's what i prefer as well and a gap between the emails so you can configure multiple images for the campaign you would want to have some gap between the emails so you can choose between multiple options here now hit save you'll have a list of the campaigns listed here and then you can go to analytics and see all the the campaign running for all the all of your users it will show the status as in in progress failed or recovered but before that you need to activate the campaign which you forgot didn't start doing this that's it thank you guys
