all right guys so um we're gonna walk out to the shop see what's going on uh this is something that's been in the works for a while it is a monthly subscription box really excited about i'm really a big advocate of providing value just value value value and giving without the expectation of a return and so we're giving away our first month's trial box for free they cover the cost of shipping because i don't own the post office but i'm literally taking a loss on the the first box that's getting sent out just because i believe in what we're doing that much so we're going to go out and check out some of the progress we shipped out i think around 1300 of these trial boxes yesterday and we just launched this subscription platform things around november the 14th so today is december the 3rd walk with me so welcome to red line steel as you can see we got a ton of inventory over here a lot of uh boxes a lot of moving parts is that chris oh it's not chris looks like he shaved his beard off didn't that look like chris okay i haven't seen so this guy has been with us for a few years got a big beard this guy walked by he looked pretty similar and i thought that was him but as a new guy i don't i don't know who it is but uh as you can see guys we got a lot of parts staged over here a ton of uh apparel items we got uh powder coat lines running right now and we are shipping out thousands and in some cases ten thousand fifteen thousand orders in a single day and not every order equivalent to it's like twenty five thirty thousand forty thousand pieces per day that ship so it's a lot of a lot of parts it's not just steel items a lot of people have that um perception that that's all we do is as steel products now that's our primary but it isn't that's not all we do we do apparel uh bracelets um canvas we have a really cool kind of a hybrid of a steel canvas piece so it's like a scroll it's really cool though let's see what's going on so here's some of them right here so check this out guys this is gonna be what they actually receive for uh for free it's in their trial box so this is uh it's actually not available on our website it is uh bronze translucent finish so you can really see the uh the steel grind through there and know that it's not like uh some type of cheap plastic right like you'd get from uh from china like like listen it's it's really really nice steel uh but they're actually gonna receive this for free along with a 10 gift card to our website and it's redeemable for the entire month all the way i think until when they receive this one it's good until january 30th i believe and then every month after that they'll receive a 10 gift card a steel item piece and then they're going to get a mystery gift item so over here is our pickers and packers so we've got a lot of different processing going on so i can't show labels or anything but these are all going to be primarily the subscription platforms this is a pretty cool machine if you walk with me over here so these are all prepped and staged boxes um carts that are ready to go out the door these are more parts that are prepped and ready to go but this is a cohesive packaging it's pretty neat so essentially what happens is the the cora get sticks to itself but not the piece and then you have like easy tear strips so you can kind of see it right there and when the machine's not messing up it should print and apply and you can process anywhere from 13 to 17 packages per minute through this machine it'll cut it it'll send an api to our website with the data apply it to a label and then you even have sortation bins so if it whenever we start shipping international the system itself will know kick it out for dhl ups keep going straight post office kick first bend all of that stuff so a lot a lot of crazy move-in parts let's uh let's walk over to where i think we got some staged items for our new uh subscription box somewhere over here so on hand guys we keep uh we keep around seven million dollars in inventory on hand and so we try to ship stuff as fast as we can you know with christmas and the increase of orders people gifting for the holidays it becomes a little bit more challenging and a lot of people are ordering a lot of random parts so it's um you know we do the best that we can we do have production going 24 7. so these are these are the uh some of the trial box pieces you can see tons of inventory we got pallets full so we launched it around uh like i said november 14th and we have nearly 6 000 subscribers already very excited for them to uh to get their piece as well as their mystery gift their 10 gift card and just show them the amount of value that goes into this and i'm hoping that it continues to spread they tell their friends tell their family members about it we've got more that's being prepped right here so this is what the raw steel looks like so before it gets powder coated it goes into a it's a time saver and it gets ground and that's what gives it that really shiny finish and then they'll run it through they'll run it through this powder coat line on this side what's up guys how we doing chris i thought it was you dude somebody walked in and a red shirt but i didn't put connect the dots with the difference so gray shirts guys means that they've uh they've been here more than 90 days red shirts or they're still in training um but this guy walked in chris i thought it was you and he didn't have a beard i was like oh my god chris shaved his beard that's happened like once or twice and you're like never again no because i look like 12. he looks like he's 12. what's up brother where's your shirt you got it on there you go all right so we keep a lot of uh subpar inventory so what happens guys is before once things get laser cut we have material handlers that will bring parts over to a subpar station and then we've got separate material handlers that'll bring things what's called like a a whip lanes so work in progress based on what department it should go to what color the amount of quantities and it goes to different staging areas so we can walk this way so when they get done unloading the lasers what actually happens they come over here and we have people like stage everything take it off pallets and they'll prep it so the raw material comes out looking like this and i already showed you guys the the ground finish like when they hand grind it or it goes through a time saver and then the finished look is that bronze translucent finish when it goes through a powder coat oven um it's uh then you can put it outside or inside so super durable very very high quality so guys that is a little sneak peek preview of our brand new subscription platform it's called a redline monthly gift box and so if
