hi this is Anthony with RevZilla TV and welcome to our detailed breakdown of the 2010 Dianna's a redline race suit which is $14.99 at revzilla.com brand-new for 2010 this is going to be one of the next tier options from Dainese it is a summer suit so that means that it's gonna flow a ton of air it's gonna have a lot of prefer a perforation it's gonna have s1 stretch panels for comfort right now let me take you through the base features that you're gonna see in a lot of the Dainese suits and bring up the speed and then what I'll do is I'll delve into what makes this suit unique and different so basically let's talk armor first you're gonna have seen you rated armor in the shoulders in the elbows and in the knees naya-a is a proprietary CT rated armor you're also going to have co injected shoulder mounts so dionyza you'll see these on a lot of their race suits I'll have an external hard part this is an upgraded suit the hard parts are titanium so the hardest possible and help you slide if you get a shoulder if you go down off the bike now as you move through the suit I mentioned s1 stretch panels for comfort as well as the flow air you're going to see these stretch panels they come down here on the inside of the arms when I eventually spin him backwards you're gonna see them on the inside of the thigh and along the seat and down along the back of the calves comfort stretch flow it's out of air you're also going to see bite biaxial elasticated stretch panels you're gonna see them in areas that are going to stretch and move as you get into a more aggressive riding position and as you become more of a little monkey on the bike you know hitting the turns getting yourself into that aggressive position you're off the bike you need more room for movement as your skill level progresses so you can see them inside the arms you're gonna see them on the tops of the knees do me a favor I'm gonna spin you real quick I'm gonna follow this panel all the way down along the lower back and around this is an increased surface area as compared to some of the lower and suits are some of the entry-level suits it's going to give you more range of motion spin back around for me Alex what you're also going to notice I mentioned perforation the arms at full perforation there's temperfoam in the arms that's perforated as well for comfort protection but as well as the flow air through the actual padded air so you perf down on the lower arm you're going to have perforation that comes down the leg and into the bottom of the leg as well as along the abdomen in the midsection one of the things I want to note about this suit is this is not regular cowhide this is Dianna's ad skin this is one of the upgrades that you're now paying for in this suit difference in these can tensile strength the ability to tear it this way 60% greater than regular cow high abrasion resistance how well this suit is going to hold up if you go down if you're sliding on it 80% better than cowhide this is proprietary to Dionysia this is trademark this is their own specific internal process if you're buying dionyza if you're willing to pay for the next price point that these skins a big safety upgrade it's also a nicer is a nicer Sheen to it it's more supple leather it's just beautiful stuff but it holds up really well this suit is is built to be for an aggressive racer the pre shape is a little more aggressive than something at the at the more entry-level price point as well you're also going to notice is we have sliders included with this suit they go down you have a full zipper that comes up on to the calf right now my ex is wearing Diane easy to work out Pro boots you know moving into some of the other features that make this guy different you're going to notice that what we call we have this W frame here there was the original W frame suit from Dainese that we uh we actually this would be one of its successors the W frame suit went out of production in 2009 the big upside to this w frame we're going to show will cut away you know to how this really works is you have two snaps two zippers and the whole front of the suit comes down when that front of the suit comes down basically it allows you more flexibility and getting in and out of the soup but it's also going to give the ability to hop off the plate get some air and in depending on your build like I'm a little wider it's gonna be absolutely easier for me to get in and out of the suit versus having a single zip it goes up to the top do me a favor form you spin around one more time for me Alex we are also notice on the back here we talked about the biaxial stretch you have more perforated temper foam panels you have more perforation down the back of the arm more elastication and reflective on both the demonize as well as the back of the elbows well you're also going to see and we're going to cut away to it is that this race hump actually has the Diana T water bag system built into it so it comes with a pocket built into the race hump which is for aerodynamic and also for sliding but basically you have the feature that if you want to connect it you can run a Camelback or a similar you know the Dainese basically water bag kit right up from the hump into your helmet and you can have hydration if you're on an eraser on a long ride you're a lot of time at the track that day you notice the back of this you have some reinforcements are padding along the seat you have multiple panels s1 stretch panels that come down along the back of the calf that allow for stretch and you'll notice it can come in tight you can see the different seams you can see the articulation as you go up higher and suit the pre shape is going to get more aggressive but also it's going to become more ergonomic so it's built anytime that you see pieces of leather pieces of fabric put together in multiple panels it's always going to mean that it was designed for a more ergonomic fit your body doesn't have clean lines you're not built flat you're not built with hard edges so as the suit is sculpted and sewn together and everything safety seam you know obviously for the track or safety stitch you know these extra panels are going to make this suit more comfortable now flip back around for me the last thing that I want to talk about on this suit that's going to make it different than some of the other suits at the medium price range are gonna be the liner which is removable and washable it's called nano feel it's antimicrobial it's an upgraded inner liner that zips out and then you also have the dinies a 3d bubble liner both on the front chest panel as well as in the seat and what that does so we're going to have an up close shot of it real quick here we go so that 3d bubble liner is going to create a microclimate within the suit so whether you're warm or whether you're cold whatever the ambiance temperature that your body wants to be it's going to do a better job of insulating you from whatever the outside air is and it's going to keep your body at homeostasis longer it's gonna make you more comfortable that's a big upgrade when you talk about the Dionysian leather jackets the feature this bubble liner you don't even start to see that bubble line until you get into that six seven eight nine hundred dollar price range on jackets any of the low end stuff
