Delete signature deed

hello everyone so today we're going to be going over how to delete a digital signature from your PDF documents from behind the scenes especially if a client has discharged you don't want their certificate to keep coming up you want to be able to remove that okay so you're gonna be starting in any PDF document and you're gonna go to edit and you're gonna go down to preferences okay and you're going to want to make sure that signatures is highlighted and you want to go to identities and trusted certificates and you're gonna hit more okay and now it comes up with the digital ID and trusted certificate settings and so you're gonna want to click on this little icon that has the badge plus icon and the add digital ID box is gonna pop up you want to choose the default which is my existing digital ID from a file and hit next next it's going to have the file name and password so you just want to be able to hit browse on that the next option it gives you different options of certificate names and so what you want to do is be able to right click on the one that you'd like to delete and go down to delete okay and it removes that for you no need to do anything else you just click the X out or close on all of these open pop-ups and you actually want to just exit out of the document okay and the next time that you go into the documents those will be removed okay so if you have any questions or if you need some assistance in doing this process please reach out to your supervisor your program coordinator or the EMR coordinator okay thanks so much and stay tuned
