Overall we've had a great experience with airSlate SignNow and continue to use it on a day-to-day basis.

Pricing is extremely competitive with a paid plan, and I'd put it up against most other eSign products in our testing. The way it auto-reads the inputs from an upload is mostly good, but at times it's a bit off and needs to be manually adjusted. For a basic form for signature it's amazing, and if you set up templates manually it's also top-notch.

[Music] in this example using the input data tool you've just imported sales data into alteryx looking at the input data tools preview window everything appears to be in order except for two main problems which are very common to run into when working with data and alteryx the first is that you've got extraneous rows at the top of your data set we'll use the select records tool to remove these unnecessary rows details for how to do this are shown in a separate video after configuring the select records tool and running the workflow we can see in the results window that we've successfully removed the extraneous rows from the top of our data set however we can now clearly see our second problem and that is that alteryx is currently treating the row we want to use for our column or field names as just another line in our sales data in other words our current column names are things such as f2 f3 and f4 but we want them to be transaction date product price and so on so how do we get ultrix to automatically use our first row of data as our field or column names the answer is the dynamic rename tool drag the tool to the canvas connecting the left input anchor of the dynamic rename tool to the right output anchor of the select records tool in the dynamic rename tools configuration window click the drop-down and select take field names from the first row of data after you run the workflow in the results window you'll see that the dynamic rename tool has moved our column names out of the data section and into the field name section now that we've taken control of the top section of our data and configured it properly we're now in a position to use alteryx's other tools to further cleanse organize and manipulate our data according to our needs finally to use the dynamic rename tool you first have to find it in the tool palette go towards the far right until you find the developer section once there i recommend clicking the star at the top right of the tool so that it will appear in your favorites menu for more on tools that are relevant to cpas you can refer to my book alteryx for accounting tax and finance professionals which is available on amazon if you found this video to be helpful please like it leave a positive comment and subscribe to my channel by clicking on my profile picture in the screen that follows thank you for watching [Music] you
