Rename signatory text

hey folks bill here one of my subscribers requested a video on um creating a signature logo and inserting it into photographs so here it is what i would do is i would go to the file new canvas and i would go width of a three inches and a height of one inch i'd keep the resolution at 300. and it'll create a uh a new canvas for me and first thing i do is come over here and add a color fill i'll make it white and then i'll go to the text over on the far left select the text the text is white i'll change that to black so i can see the text and then um on one's kind of tricky as far as the location of the text and the box i find if right off the bat if you click outside of the box and then you click back in then you can drag and move the text around i'd like to grab the corner of the text box and place it up here click here and select now on one on1 reads the font files off of your pc whether it's a mac or laptop windows whatever it it reads the font files from the pc so if you come over here to select and change the font files all of these are will be located on your pc so if you should happen to find a file through google search whatever a font that you like and you purchase it or download it and install it on your pc it will show up it should show up in here i think this is a default file the vladimir script i like it and so that's what i'm going to use i'm going to highlight this text and let's say my name is bill um j signature so we have that i'll click outside the um box is a little bit too big so i will um do c for crop and i have a free form free form selected so i'm going to crop down like this hit return and now i want to remove the white background so i will come over to the mask options and say invert and now my file is transparent with background so i will export now i have jpeg 95 to subfolders selected and i think that is one of on1's default presets what i will do is i've deselected the putting subfolder i want to keep it in the same folder as original but i will scroll down and i'll change it to png it was a jpeg but i change it to png because that is a good file for signatures and logos because it handles the transparency well and it stays small it has a small footprint i have show and explorer so i will say export and as you can see here this untitled file is the png file it's...
