hi in this short video i'm going to explain how your it team and your end users can edit their active directory information that appears in their email signatures added by code 2. but before we go into detail let me remind you how code to signature service works depending on your setup we can add a personalized signature to every email either when the user composes it or after the email is sent how do we know what information should be added to signatures and how can we add it on the fly because we cache your user information from your organization's azure active directory aad so when your end users send emails we recognize these users match them with our cache data and change signature templates into their own personalized signatures but what can you do if your aad information is inconsistent if some users do not have any personal information provided at all or if an hr system from 1994 created a huge mess in your aad well your i.t team can try and fix it directly in aad which can be pretty time consuming or you can let the end users fix it themselves that's why we created a free tool for all licensed end users of code to email signatures for office 365 that will let them update their signature information will these end users get access to your microsoft 365 aad no way they will get access only to our cash here's how this works first you as an admin go to this website we will ask you to sign in with your admin credentials here you can choose which aad attributes you want to be editable you can also choose which attributes should be visible but not editable some organizations might need this to give their end users more context you can also easily add custom attributes this is a great feature because you do not have to add them on the aad side but they will appear in the template editor because we store them in our cache which means they can be added to your signature and autoresponder templates you're done here you can ask your end users to go to this website when they sign in with their microsoft 365 account they will see this the rest is easy they can edit values of any attributes you enabled on the previous page when they're done they only need to save the changes and the updated information will now be available in their signatures if they mess something up they can always restore the original values from the aad that's it for bulk operations see this video enjoy this free tool and if you have any questions contact our support team [Music] you
