you hello everyone how are you doing this is mdtech here with another quick tutorial in today's tutorial I'm gonna show you guys how to change your name display on Gmail so let's say you maybe didn't have the correct spelling in your name when you first created the account or you've changed your name since or perhaps it was just a goofy name you put in originally and you wanted to actually switch it over to your real name this tutorial will be for you so we're going to start by left clicking on the gear icon in the Gmail settings window near the top right corner of the email browser so just off click on the Settings button and then left click on settings and now you want to go and left-click on accounts and import and where it says send mail as you want a love cool in this edit info bond across from it horizontally so left click on this edit info button now it says the name is set currently in the Google accounts you can change your name by selecting the oval underneath it and then if you want to call it someone else so let's say Frankie Mills and then I left click on Save Changes you can see send mail as the name has changed so when emails are received by the recipients it'll show Frankie mills as opposed to Frank mills so pretty straightforward tutorial guys dupe I was able to help you out and I do look forward to catching you all in the next tutorial goodbye
