welcome back everyone i'll go ahead and show you exactly how to change change the name of your iphone bro i can't even talk today again and the process is very very easy all you want to do is make sure you're up to date on your phone you don't want to be on like ios 6 or something like that so once you are updated now i'm running this on ios 13 but it's the same process in pretty much all the other versions as well what you want to do is you want to make your way over to your settings app and as you can see on the very top it'll show you the name this is the name on my specific iphone and i think all my iphones on this icloud account now before continuing on you will need to have access to the icloud account associated on this iphone so you need that password if you don't have that password you won't be able to change it basically going forward what you want to do is you want to go ahead and tap on there and you'll go ahead and see a couple of different options at the very top you'll see name phone numbers email yada yada yada the very first one is the one you want to change so you can go and tap on name the very first one right there and then it'll prompt you to actually log in now in this specific case it didn't prompt me to log in because i just logged in less than 15 minutes ago and i have it set up to where you know it only requires a password after 15 minutes so it'll go ahead and tell you to type in that password and like i said if you don't have that password you won't actually be able to go ahead and you know change the name so once you go ahead and do that type in the password you'll be back in this specific panel so all you need to do is at the very top you'll see your little name panel you want to go ahead and tap on it and in this specific case you'll be able to change the first middle and last name of your iphone or the name associated on your iphone so basically if your name was whatever you can change your first name to whatever and last name to blank or whatever you want to do and this will change it system wide so airdrop if somebody's air dropping something to you it'll go ahead and showcase i think your iphone name to there if you have whatever the case is all the names that are associated with the specific iphone name will be changed to the new one that you just did so for example if i wanted to add a bunch of a's at the end but then let me see i'll go...
