beavers will jump and shout we have a good time in the house of the Lord that's why we come back and we're not tight and stuffy nobody hoodwinked us we're glad to be in the house of the Lord we're gonna be in Ephesians chapter 4 verse 20 through 24 when you have it's a man let us read in concert from the Word of God I'm a dropout but you continue but you have not so learned Christ [Music] can you say a man he says that we must put off concerning the former conversation with King James Version says conversation or or could be better translated lifestyle the challenge is to get rid of all of the life styles of the old man that's that that's the real challenge that's the real struggle that the old man had a certain style a certain mentality a certain mindset and even though you've given your life to Christ the struggle is to remove away from you that old man's life style the way he did things the way he felt about things his values all a part of that lifestyle which about a fifth which is corrupt according to deceitful lusts it is corrupted according to the deceitfulness of lusts it has been deceived by images and ideas from the past have corrupted old man and you you can't convert him you've got to put him off you've got to put him off altogether and then he says and that you put on the new man which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness so we've got to put off the old man and we've got to put on the new man so look at your name and say you need to be able to put on one you know some people say well you know I can't put on but you have to put on the new man until you become one with who you are now and that takes a while because you've been you spent years being who you were and and now you've got to put on the new man until you become comfortable with who you are put on the new man and you do that by being renewed in the spirit of your mind is all of this stuff that I'm going to be sure with you today has to happen in your head right in between your two years you are renewed in the spirit of your mind somebody say my mind so today when we do that we cannot believe that God is going to do some powerful things and I want you to look at your neighbor and say neighbor what you thought was real may not be real at all what you really need is the reality check that's what I'm going to be preaching today reality check reality check somebody shout reality check let's pray while we're standing spirit of the Living God fall freshly upon us today endow us O God with your purpose with your power and with the clarity of the preached word ministered to us in such a dynamic way that our lives are changed by the Word of God we thank you for what you're going to do today in Christ's name we pray somebody shout amen Neal they be seated where are the men in the house that oh yes yes there you're in here the Bible says it is with the mind that we served the Lord it is with the mind that we serve the Lord this amazing piece of hard drive that God put in between our ears and program is so programmable and so impressionable that there is a constant war between good and evil for the code to be able to program your mind and this constant war constant conflict going on as to who gets into your database and who is going to program your mind because all that you will do or not do have or not have accomplished or not accomplished will be a direct derivative of what's going on inside of your mind for it says there's a man thinking that it's hard so is he your thinking has all the world to do with where you are your attitude has all the world to do with your altitude so if you don't get clear thinking on an issue you won't be able to develop in that area I told you last week that the Apostle Paul said when I was a child I thought I spake and I understood as a child so maturing into manhood is about mentality manhood is about mentality say that with me manhood is about mentality and we're gonna let the women eavesdrop because I believe that the women are going to glean enough transferable truths that you're gonna be blessed and be challenged - it's about mentality getting the right man I've thought of the child I spake of the child I understood as a child but when I became a man I put away childish things in fact the Bible says the biggest fight that we'll ever have in so many words is in our mind says for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds casting down imaginations imaginations false worlds and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bring us every thought into captivity unto the obedience of Christ Mohsen generally when we talk about that warfare and dealing with the images in our mind we generally think in terms of sin but I want to challenge you to understand that you have more to deal with in the warfare in your mind than just sin you have depression you have fear you have phobias you have insecurities you have unbelief there are a whole lot of dysfunctional behaviors that were inherently passed on to us in the fall of Adam that were a result of sin but these are the reverberating consequences of an act of sin that leave you struggling in areas that people cannot see that's why marriages are so difficult because really who you're marrying you really can't see well okay I won't get into that y'all aren't ready you you really can't see if you see the makeup you see the frame you see the body you see the container you hear what they say but you'll spend the next ten years learning who they are and a lot of times by the time people really get down to seeing who you really are they run from you what we really want is for somebody to love us for who we are and what we really want is to have the kind of intimate relationship with them that allows us the freedom of not needing the camouflage who we are what we think how we speak and how we understand without that freedom we begin to be actors acting out a role in the house for which we eventually become weary of and we break out of the role because we want to be free to be ourselves I'm gonna get into some stuff today go down Moses way down Anita left to say rose to let my people go it's a lot of people who are controlled by Pharaoh [Applause] they're prisoners in life they're prisoners and relationships they're prisoners and ideas they are enslaved to a system for which they cannot be liberated and they need a liberator of Moses our New Testament Moses is Jesus that liberates us from sets us free but freedom my brothers and sisters begins in the mind freedom begins in the mind you can be free physically and not be free mentally one of the great side effects that we struggled through our people struggle throughout the culture is to embrace the internal freedom that we have externally so that we can go beyond barriers that seem to be fixed in our mind even when the door is open absolute people with open doors and never go through them obviously people stuck in ghettos and and thinking about life and what they're talking about is life in the ghetto but they think that it's the whole world and they say they can't get out and there are no bars holding them and they're not hand comforting I'm not chained they're not change physically but they're chained mentally that's why if you can't afford to get your children out of the out of you know drive them out take them on a visit let them see that there the world outside of the circumstances you're in so that they're thinking can be evolved and become big enough to embrace all that God has the real challenges get my mind free minds I'm free in my mind I can change my circumstances the prodigal son is clear evidence of this he within the hog pen he was broke he had lost everything he was deranged and deprived and distraught but the Bible said he came to himself in this deplorable situation he came to himself he didn't get any money in the mail he didn't meet any fine person that built up his self-esteem this was an inside job he came to himself said wait a minute I'm better than the how many servants said my father's house have bread enough in this fair I am very sure with hunger I will arise and go to my father's house at the moment he's made up his mind to get up he got up and I want to tell you something today the moment you make up your mind to get up you can get up and no devil inhale no system no government no power no boss little community or anything else can hold you once you are free in your mind you are free lay your hand on your head say this is an awesome machine I wonder if it's being underutilized God may be giving you more to work with than what you are working with at this time you may have far more megabytes and more things that you can potentially do that what you're doing right now that's why I don't like to hang with low thinking people because they'll make you under utilize what God has given you you need somebody to challenge you that you could be doing more than what you're doing right now you can have more than you have right now you could go further than you're going right now and somebody's got to be bold enough to look you in the face and empower you to going through the enemy's camp and take back what he stole from you look at somebody say it's time for a change well what stops us what stops us from making the changes that we need in our behavior in our situation it's it's a mine I understand that they're about a million what they call what I described as sensory receptors in the brain sensory receptors in the brain that through the brain sensory receptors we obey we are able to gather and maintain data about a million sensory receptors in your brain just a huge huge operation in your brain I just I just see it as a big electronic board with all kinds of connections going on in your head whereby you are able to gather and galvanize data about a million receptor sensory receptors that are constantly gathering information while I'm speaking right now they're operating right now in your brain making you able not only to hear what I say but assess my movements and you're getting expressed and implied information because you got it like that you can you can do two or three things at the same time four or five six things at the same time and never lose track of it reach down in your pocketbook and reach and get a tissue it and Pat the baby and hear what I'm saying and watch somebody walking across the front of the church and gather all of that information all the same time because your mind is off them you're bright you're brilliant you are fearfully and marvelously made you're an awesome computer full of all kinds of information all the time spouting out data thinking and speaking all at the same time I'm thinking about one thing and speaking something else all at the same time cuz we got it like that multitask multi-dimensional completely functional call for such a time as this before there was a V rocket or IBM or anything else there was a God who scooped out a handful of worth bruised in at the breath of life and made the first computer before there was any factory to steal the credit God made the first hard grab he made you look if somebody say I'm bad a million sensory receptors gathering information primarily through your senses touch taste smell sight hearing all of it is gathering data for you hmm not smell gasps somebody left the stove one mm-hmm who is hot in here somebody turn the air conditioner all of those things gathered through your senses I heard you were in trouble I came over to see about you through your senses Oh mother look for the baby you don't look good today do you feel well touches through the sights you gathered information through the touch to gather different that call sounds real deep sounds like if there chesco all of this gives you information through your sensory receptors about a million of them but you have 10 billion sensory receptors that work in your imagination so that I could tell you everybody in here close your eyes for just a moment close your eyes for just a moment relax your mind for just a moment close your eyes completely and imagine a green plush mountainside birds flying in the air and a waterfall cascading down the side for the mountain and imagine the water falling at the base of the mountain into a stream fresh clean bright water smell the green grass the blossoms and here the bees buzz and you're there in Maui can you do it open your eyes you're still in Dallas [Applause] sorry hey hate the jerky around like that but those 10 billion sensory receptors that you have may cure make your imagination so keen that you have all of these impressions that come through your ability to conjure up information through the invisible realm and it can become more real to you and that's what causes some people to become thick it's when the imagine becomes more real than reality and that's what causes them to have certain dysfunction said they call him to be diminished and they're thinking I was watching during this well right after they were announcing the regular funeral I'm trying to think isn't main slips of my sensory receptors the Ray Charles thank you Ray Charles that and they were they were going through a childish life and they were talking about Ray Charles who was blind couldn't couldn't couldn't see and yet he learned how to compose music and read music by Braille he could read he could read music by Braille and he could write music by Braille so he wasn't just some gifted blind person who could play he was intelligent he was intellectual he was gifted he was creative he could he could read and write and compose music and even though he couldn't see and he had lost the benefit of one of those devices that bring information to his sensory receptors he began to rely on his invisible the ten billion sensory receptors to gather information through other channels interestingly enough he says something that that was so harmonious was my message I thought I would include it he said that even though he had gone blind at seven at five years old he'd seen his brother drown to death in a small basin of water and by seven he'd gone blind if I remember correctly and by the time he was twelve or so both his parents were dead he was blind he'd seen a murder and his life was off and faming way out of control and music became an outlet for his spirit and for his soul and he says even though he couldn't see he could hear the imagine music in his head so strongly that when he got ready to compose the piece he says he didn't need a piano he could compose an entire piece in his head because the accuracy of the music he heard in his head was more real to him than the music he played with his fingers so what's going on in your head often can become more real than what's going on in your life well how do we get this information we give this information to conditioning through imagination through suggestions through implications and all of this affects who we are and how we function as individuals are you following what I'm saying and so by the time you meet somebody and and you you particularly those of you who meet these people I always get to go to the people who meet somebody and think they're gonna change them see what you're up against there are all of this there's all of these images that have bombarded these people before you met them so I want you to take a few notes I want you to write down images because because images are everything they're these persons are filled with images before they before they have books or notebooks newborn babies are filled with images you're gathering all of this information about life and about relationships about circumstances the moment they're born into the world they're assessing things people going and coming it's a proven fact that when you put infants in rooms with bright colors it makes your mind brighter certain types of music causes them to be more intellectually acute all of them because they're using their senses to gather all of this information and they have all of these images all kinds of images that are affecting who they are and images have a lot to do with how you are programmed and how you are wired and how you're function that's why you have to watch what you do with your eye gait and your ear gait and your mouth because all of these are gates to the soul whereby the in and evil or wickedness or righteousness comes before you that's why when God gets ready to deal with you the Bible says by the foolishness of preaching the gospel God preaches he he goes into your ear through hearing the Word of God so that he could bring about a change in your life images and the images that you have seen have all the world to do with who you are right now are you following what I'm saying and we're dealing with from website because we get images from the people we see and those images become familiar to us if you're raised in a house where people fight and argue all the time and even though you don't like it that becomes normal and you have to watch what you're normally is because whatever is normal to you as you grow up you will too you will automatically gravitate to what was normal even though you didn't like it and intellectually you've read and be taught that this is wrong but if it's normal to you you will gravitate to it because it doesn't feel right until it gets back to the images that you had at early ages so no matter how good of a wife and no matter how good of a husband you are if somebody else has those images in their mind of what normally is they will pull at you and provoke you to fight them because when you fight them they feel a familiar environment and it correlates with the images that they grew up with I used to think that when you made somebody married them you didn't marry their relatives I told my wife this big old spiel I said I'm not marrying your 10 folks and you're not marrying mine I'm not man you're a mom and you're not marrying mine I'm not marrying your siblings and your non-marring - me and you against the world it sounded so good it was real romantic it was real nice I had my arm around her when I said it Michael I was breathing in her ear I dropped my voice down to about there and it was I'm telling you it was a wonderful thing biggest line was told it all in my life you marry somebody you marry everybody you marry all the kin folks all the relatives everything they've ever been through everything they ever did all of how they've defined love is all thrown into the back so when two people say I love you know I love you but both of us have same two different things based on the images that we had all of our lives and so there's been in it from generation to generation we passed down gain or lose images as we expose our generations to different things we come out with different results and we're playing around with stuff that we don't even know what we're doing and we're creating things that we can't handle if you look back over the last three or four generations we've gained a lot of things but we've lost a lot of things we've lost some direction and some focus and some commitment and some character that our grandparents had that it's hard to come by today few of us have it but not many of us got it they passed on to us their wealth or their blessings but many times they didn't pass on to us their struggle and many times it was a struggle that made them who they were are you hearing what I'm saying in fact those of you that are finally pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and you want to hand something off to your kids to make them great and so you hand them a bunch of money and you hand them a lot of great stuff I am a living witness that is not the best thing to hand hand them your struggle it's not what you give to them is what you leave in them that determines who they will become teaching them to think right in the field right when I grew up they were singing they were singing love songs but you want a fee [Applause] everybody over 30 feet twice three times of made when a man [Applause] you are so [Music] [Applause] and we we grew up with this with this vision romantic notions everything was romance everything was romance everything was wrong man that was that was how we condition particularly women women a really condition for romance well while little boys are out just playing around running over here won't bathe being obnoxious little girls are practicing for marriage Susie homemakers I know I'm dating myself to younger kids don't know what I'm talking about practice and cook stoves and everything they're getting ready at 5:00 they're getting ready they're getting ready you want some tea coming at 70 with me we're playing a house if you got a little boy this playing house I'm not saying anything you feel you filled in the blank see that that's why men struggle with certain things because we we are actually told not to play what you later want us to play you've been playing house for years all the books we give a little girl to read are about romance he swept Helen into his arms his big strong arms he held her she felt so safe and so strong he whisper her way from the violence and as they rode off into the fun fed and the Twilight aimed on the face of the evening time there was a deep and abiding peace down in her soul for she Lou Harry had come back into her arms again sit up in the room and read that stuff all day getting ready soap operas watching it all day getting ready getting ready listen to that romantic music growing up teen years all about romance they got all of these ideas I mean I'm amazed teenagers talking about marriage getting ready getting ready I want to get married 15 I want to get married the problem is women are conditioned totally different from us we didn't play house we didn't read romantic books school teachers didn't give us romantic books they don't get romantic books to boys they gave us books about spies so Hardy Boys anybody read the Hardy Boys you you were reading about that then and Huckleberry Finn and all kinds of crazy stuff we didn't read anything about being a husband or a father or who we were supposed to be in the house you've been practicing all in your life for for a role that we have never been trained for and then had the ripe old age of 20 21 22 23 some dumb unbeknownst you man struggles out of the pasture sweet and stands in front of a preacher and the preacher now looks at him and said do you take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife to have and to hold for better or for worse for richer or for poorer in sickness and in health until death do you part that dummy doesn't know what he's saying he's just worried about getting the nerve to say it his knees are shaking sweat is breaking out on his forehead his mama's looking at him everybody's gathered from everywhere his tux is too tight and he squeaks out I do he doesn't know what he did he doesn't know what he did he puts a ring on her finger she puts a ring on his finger there off to there he don't know where he's going if I if he's been conditioned anything about relationship it's been sex so his ten billion sensory receptors as their free legal sanctified god-ordained sex whenever I wanted don't have to hide it don't have to be ashamed of it you mind she stated he held me we wrote off into the fun fit we gathered in the whispering wind of the evening light and as we embarked upon the mission of life and he said I wanna do [Applause] for all these images [Applause] now the automatic feeling here that I almost guarantee you 70% of the women I have in this room is it's right is she saying you know that's right she said you know that's right and and he needs to be straight now because he needs to realize what his responsibilities are in this relationship and I'm glad you brought that up I'm sorry he didn't get the training but that's why I'm so glad he's here this morning so that maybe Bishop can straighten him out so that he can finally become maybe he can finally become the man that I imagined [Applause] but God never meant for him to be the man that you imagine and even though you have been praying and fasting and putting little drops of olive oil and his collard greens that he would finally get anointed enough to be the man that you imagined and you are sure that God is on your side and that you are absolutely right God did not create him to be the man that you imagined God created him to be the man that God imagined because what you imagine is no more real [Music] what you imagine is based on the books you read the things you saw and the music you heard filled your head with an expectation that have not been met and some of you for the last 10 15 20 30 years have been living a life of total disappointment whether you're married or single because you cannot find the man that you imagine because the man that you imagine does not exist [Applause] and so you keep looking for him and looking on him and trying on men like you're trying on clothes he hurt me he hurt me we're not gonna find somebody you are looking for something you read in a book you saw on a soap opera you had an a dream he is not here and as soon as you get rid of the old man and his corrupt deceitful us and say God give me who you want me to have Tessa - a reality check [Applause] the men suffer for the same delusion we suffer from the same delusion because we when we finally do get around ten eleven twelve and discover girls we discover them based on conversations we have with guys about what we think women are to be the fulfillment of some fantasy that we had and dating often makes it worse because often in the dating process she advertised the product that marriage doesn't deliver [Applause] this is deeper that they're going to that on a Sunday morning I could and so by the time he's three years in the marriage she's facing the East at night he's facing the West at night and he's sitting there angry because he thinks he bought into she's mine she belongs to me her body is mine this is legal God ordained the holy sex and love and fantasy than fulfillment and she sees she set up a role in her hair talking about what happened at work that day and how they get on her nerves and he's not listening anymore the teddies are gone the romance is gone the relationship is shot and he feels like I've been robbed because the woman in his dreams was always there for him and the women he dated were always there with him and the women he visited were always there for him because they only had to be ready for him through a small window time they didn't have to work every day they didn't have the kids to raise they didn't have any problem yes she looked good yes she was there for you you only came by on Tuesday Thursday and Friday night and anybody can look good in a window in a vacuum in a moment and say what you want to hear and Stroke your big ball head and tell you how wonderful you are because she knew you was leaving in the board a minute [Applause] and so what happens is arrogance prevails she won't admit that who she's looking forward to exists and that that her images are lying to her because she believes these these 10 billion sensory receptors over everything that we are trying to teach her counselling doesn't work teaching classes don't work because those images become more real in her head than anything you want to teach her and she secretly believes she's right and thereby stubborn and totally arrogant and refusing the change because she's trying to find her daddy who she really didn't know totally anyway she saw him through the micro column of one perspective of who he was she should talk to her mama who knew daddy in a different but that's another thing and and and he he's looking for some Tana you remember when they made Frankenstein and and they made his bride and they made him from different parts he's looking for Sally's legs Mary's hair Shawanda of intelligence see we want a mail-order people put them together in pieces I'll take this from this one and that from that one and that from that one and I'm put it all together and what you're gonna created a monster [Applause] because that's not real either and into this confusion comes kids now the challenge with the kids is we grew up listening and love music they grew up did it's getting hot in here there you want it over here do you want it over there do you want it practically huh so they cut through romance love relationship no Harlequin novels no imagination they cut straight to the chase and the whole house leads her to some basic reality check [Applause] see images need lead to idolatry number to write down on dollar tree idolatry or all of those things that you worship and bring the in all fulfillment of what you need these idols gain your devotion your attention and your commitment and you are committed to serving an idol an idealistic dream of fantasy of something that really isn't real and idols are something that God hates he hates idols and in almost every case without exception wherever there was added olive tree in the Bible there was always fornication and perversion because idols are result of images and vain imaginations create idols and I know you don't think you are an idolaters but I came to tell you this morning that all of those things that you keep trying to make every be a body be and turn them into when you try to turn somebody into what you think they ought to be your process of trying to turn them makes you a witch because which trust when French their will on somebody else that makes you a witch and who you're trying to make them be is an idol so I want to talk to witches warlocks [Applause] about idols and images that are stopping you from having a wonderful life you could be anytime you are committed to infringing your wheel over somebody else and make them be what you want them to be you are a witch or warlock and a spirit of control and divination is operating in your life and not only are you doing it your teachers your sons and daughters to do it and show them how they can be better at making somebody be what you wanted you might as well stick pins in a doll because I'm not looking for somebody to make me be what you want me to be I'm looking for somebody who can accept me for who I so the reed why are you talking about this on a Sunday morning because over 50% of the marriages in this country end up in divorce and it's getting higher in the church is getting higher in the church than it is in the world how can that be possible that is higher in the church what's wrong with the church if they teach the word everybody's got a philosophy these are fast more to get into word they everybody needs to pray would you please shut up a minute the reason the statistics are higher in the church than they are in the world is because people come to church when they're in trouble so many people by the time they get in church Devils are chasing them they're angry they're on their second or their third marriage they finally admit it I don't know how to get this right they rush in the church and here they come in in a crisis mode and then there's that other group of people who come to church because your mama told you that when you get ready to marry a good woman go to church so you didn't come to serve the Lord you came to shop so you running around in this mall this smorgasbord [Applause] Dayton and matin and breakin [Applause] they're you in here now play it you didn't come to get the word you didn't come cause you love the Lord you take hit it come in the Donald Sunday praise the Lord yeah yeah yeah you know tdj said he called me up and he cool hey it ain't it ain't TD jakes COO you didn't come over here to worship the Lord you didn't come over here to get God you came over here shopping got your grocery bags you looking for the blue light special our number something in our number seven we have a special today this is the blue light special in the balcony row number 13 if you get there right now you could have had [Applause] and then you marry all of these specials and try to make them become the idol that never got torn down in your head because you have never obeyed Ephesians 4 and put off the old man your old man just got on a new suit and your old man is tied up with idols and until you get rid of those idols that come from the images of your past you will never be the woman or the man that God call you to be one of the hardest things you will ever do is to cast down your idols most people by the time they get rid of all their idols they're old and they're running around 80 and saying if I could go back and do it over again knowing what I know now I should do things a whole lot 80 years before you got rid of your Idol and now you're too old to benefit from point number three the new information images idols and information now at 80 or 70 or 60 if you're lucky you have finally allowed the information to penetrate the images and idols of your path to give you a realistic expectation of what you can get out of life this tape is so good I'm about this for myself [Applause] information the Bible says you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free when you finally get clear information that's what God wants you to have truth to walk in truth realistic expectations that we are all flow the Bible is clear it teaches us from the fall of Adam when Adam fell all men and women fell in him together we have different manifestations of that falling but we all failed together we are all in concert in desperate need of God and without God to redirect our lives we will live our lives as failures oh yes there will be some rich failures there will be some educated failures there will be some binge driving failures but they will still be failures because success is not necessarily having money contrary to the idols you have in this country of what success is being rich doesn't make you better D on faith it just makes you more of what you were before so if you are a Horace man when you were broke now that you got money you can do it better because you've got more money to do it with if you want hateful welfare now that you rich you twice as hateful you can be really nasty now money just makes you more of what you already work [Applause] that's why you see successful people drum pit off of bridges hating themselves developing destructive behaviors drinking themselves to death because they calmed all the way to the top of the ladder only to find that there was nothing up there at all so your prayer has to be God give me the information that sets me free from the idols and the information of my past if women would stop being talked about men from other women if you are going to benefit from what I'm teaching you may have to delete your entire database [Applause] everything all your images all of the empty things that you've been taught through other sources you may have to delete all of them and hit delete delete delete delete delete free up your hard drive so that God can do a new thing in you God wants to do a new thing in you you may have to humble yourself depending on what age or error you were raised in some of you were raised to be subservient little puppies little lap dogs that set on people's porch and bark when they said barn and some of you went to the other extreme you're you're a new woman and you've got a new attitude and you got so much attitude can't nobody live with you and you're you're not complimenting the man you're competing with the ready to do something new in your life and something fresh in your life I think there's some single people that God's gonna bring you to a place of wholeness and get you ready to being an effective relationship without a lot of baggage in you and this is your opportunity to get rid of your idols and your images has God prepared you for something great in your life I believe there are some divorced people and you can't even figure out how in the world things messed up between you and who you were with but God's getting ready to heal you and build a barrier between that was then and this is now and God's getting ready to do something fresh in their life and there are some married people in this room that you hadn't been able to figure out why things aren't exactly the way you wanted them to be and you just found out for the first time that God never promised you that things would be the way you wanted them to be God is using your trouble to teach you some defects in your behavior so that you can become who you ought to be and together you can be crafted into God had in mind for you to be in your life god help me preach touch three people say you need a reality check you need a reality check for getting those things which are behind reaching to those things which are before you leave our reality Church [Applause] first Corinthians 11 verse 1 through 3 I'll say this and get to get out of the way Paul says be followers of me even as I also am of Christ now I praise you brethren where the brethren adds my praise your brother that you remember me in all things and keep the ordinances that I delivered them to you it's not enough for you to be exposed to good teaching if you're not gonna use the teaching you're exposed to I've almost gotten I'll be honest with you I'll be but now by the time they come to you they have already made up their mind exactly what they're going to do and you're the last stop before they get to the courthouse in the final moments just before years ago why don't you wait till the whole house is on fire and everything's burned up and you sit up and watch it burn and then you call the fire department that is stupid when you smell smoke you be fragile because fragile things get protected they get covered they get cared for they get blessed and even though you can bring in the bacon and fry it up in a pan can I tell you that 25 years of bringing in the bacon and frying it up in the pan and taking out the trash will make Gil a dead girl you need somebody who will go down to the mechanic for you and say wait a minute there's nothing my soul and my Savior and that when God speaks to me I am open to hear what God will say and faithful to shared with those with whom we have to do [Applause] there are some things my wife should never have to deal with because she has a man why are you dealing with this because the way it's being taught now because we have replaced preachers we'll talk show hosts and we get all of our information from the world we got confusion coming into our lives and you feel like that is part of being a strong woman means being out of sync in your family and in your house and we're creating two different dysfunctions men are being disrespected which gives them permission to be dogs because you don't expect them to be accountable you let them go you raise them to be a dog you made your daughter be responsible you let your son go outside and play you told us boys will be boys and I want every moment here to know that you're raising some other woman's dream or some other woman's nightmare if you're raising a boy you got a chance to put in him stuff that some young girl will thank you for later the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world that if you didn't get it right in the first generation you can fix it in the second generation give him some responsibility take out this trash straighten up your room this monocot take your hips to bed we gotta have some order so that I can man there's always something trying to pull you down give our men the strength to stand to hold up and to be who you created them to be and let this word in this ministry and this material in this
