another important issue that I wanted to talk about is with regards to signing you know immigration forms do they have to be original signatures or could they be scanned copies and all that kind of stuff and I'll doing some reading on this it's it's kind of circular into how they go in through this but there was a memorandum that came out a policy memorandum the u.s. is in February 15th 2018 it says a signature is valid even if the original signature is later photocopied scanned facts are similarly reproduced regardless of how it is transmitted to USC is the copy must be of an original document containing a handwritten handrim ink signature unless regulations of the form instructions state otherwise so essentially they're saying they can accept copies as long as it's like a handwritten signature thing and it's a copy of that unless the forms say otherwise now most of the forms don't say anything but I'd be hesitant to send in photocopies of it anyways cuz that'd be afraid of what they do but there's a footnote to what I just read from the policy manual it says says footnote 3 the regulations do not require that a requester submit an original or wedding signature on petition application or other requests USCIS CH CFR section 103 point to B 4 so actually the footnote is says that there's no requirement that would be you know an original eat wedding signature however you know as I was thinking a second earlier I wouldn't really trust that in so when you go to section 8 CFR 103.2 before it says supporting documents original or photo guide documents which are required to support any bad of the requests must be submitted in accordance with the form instructions so the citation to have there doesn't cite to anything meaningful so it's probably incorrect citation of the gift but that's the policy memorandum but when I take the next level you know most of these forms the people are there and you can send it to you but sometimes you need a g28 on the fly or you're doing i-130 on 38 for a marriage of petition and on the i-130 a it says the applicants are beneficiary doesn't have to sign it if they're overseas however are now in the first page it asks is there a G 28 on file zero practitioner helping you and you mark the g28 box and then you have to submit a g20 so should you have the foreign applicant mail you an original G 28 so they're trying to help you by not having them sign the Ottoman third you have a mail up there but now they got a son in G 28 that's problematic so I do I went to just read the instructions for form z28 I'm surprised I read sooner but it says validity of signatures and the instructions for form z28 perform g28 USCIS will consider...
