I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

this video will teach you how to use the blank printable pdf version of this invoice template the first thing you need to do is download your purchased files from etsy and if you're not sure how to do that check the description below and you'll see a link and you can follow that to the video tutorial once you have the files downloaded check the downloads folder on your pc or mac you should notice a file called pdf printable double click on the file to open it and it should look like this okay now that you have the correct file opened up what we're going to do is pick a color from this file and save it as its own copy so just scroll down find the color you like there are 16 options to choose from i'm going to go right here to this navy blue and silver one if you look near the top of the page you can see that this is page 12 of 16 so now we want to hit print and from your list of printers check your drop down arrow and choose whatever pdf program you're using from pages to print click the pages bubble and since this is page 12 we'll put in 12 here and we'll hit print now you should have a window pop up that wants you to name the file i'll name it invoice template and press enter to save or click the save button and once you hit save the new file should open up automatically from here we can personalize this invoice template to match the needs of your business so if you look over on the right side here and again we're using adobe acrobat for this click edit pdf you'll see that certain areas of text now have a border around them or what we call a bounding box and we're going to change some of those areas i'm going to zoom in a little bit well that's a little too much okay so let's start from the top once you click inside the text box you can see these white bubbles appear around it and these allow you to resize that box we're going to make this one all the way across you'll see why in a second so now we're going to take this text and center it by clicking over here and this icon now we're going to go to seller information change the first line to the name of your business change the following lines to match the address and the phone number of your business so let's see and if this happens where your address or any piece of text is too long it will automatically wrap down to the next line all you need to do is resize the box and that should straighten it out but you don't want to make it too big if you make it too big and one of the lines wraps back up such as right here you can just go before it and space it down to the next line of course the bottom line is the phone number and all of this stuff we're leaving blank so that it can be filled out by hand ing to each invoice but we can put in the payment methods so our customers know where to send the payment you okay that's all we need to change to make this into a template now we can save this for future use all right now that we have finished filling out all of your business information on this template you can print out as many copies as you need and you'll be able to invoice your clients out in the field without needing to bring along a computer with you
